There probably isn't a good pack out there, so I ask someone looks for a couple peds, I bet someone already has a personal pack they made by finding different peds. If so, please link me or DM me a link to your CDImages or something.

If you only plan on playing GTA IV then this is pointless, You can run GTA IV on max settings with a way cheaper PC. Im guessing you might play games like Arma 3, in which case this PC is worth it. Local PD on Scene of an Accident, this happened in February.

Does anyone have a good NYPD ped pack? Or can link me to multiple good ones, even made by different authors? I downloaded a pack like 3 days ago and most of the peds looked like they had down syndrome and were lego characters. I want these NYPD peds, not LCPD. I build PC's either off premade builds, or me and my friend build them. His processor is like 3.4ghz, and im guessing he didnt overclock. Anyway, I'm not a PC genious of any sort. The most recent time I saw them, Like 2 weeks ago - NYPD pulled someone over, the lights were extremely bright. It appeared as if they had all there lights on. Also - I saw an 2 NYPD Cruisers going code 3, they had the Emergency Keep Back lights on aswell, it was pretty blinding aswell.

Did resetting change it to 8? Or did it just fix the bugs on 8.1. Anyway, glad to hear it's better now. Best Regards, iiKonrad

Didnt pay attention to the GPU, the Processor is good though. If you have a desktop, i'd upgrade the graphics card.

Have you ever seen the NYPD in 2014 - Recently at all? If you see them at night, you will be blinded. They have like 999999 lumen lights, and it's brighter than i've seen on any department.

NYPD Overkills it with lights, I mean the amount of lights causes accidents, I guess there design allows more accidents, so more pay maybe? IDK. I mean now the TA's (IF they even are considered TA's) have an LED "EMERGENCY KEEP BACK". They are adding so many un neccesary lights - Now a fucking field goal post ontop of a cruiser with like 10 LEDS? What. The. Fuck. NYPD. I used to volunteer as an NYPD Auxillary, And I worked a bit in a mobile command center. During that time the lights were nothing like this. Hey, I've been bored lately and want to make a vehicle skin pack. I want some inspiration, so I want you guys to tell me what department I should make a pack for. I want something original, not another NYPD or LAPD pack. I want a department that's semi big. Not a small town department that owns 2 CVPI's and an Explorer. Im wondering how well you guys think this could run IV. Now this is definitely not replacing my rig (Lol quite obvious xDD) but, I have been editing on this computer, and it has been working great so far. Normally, when I make a skin or car I need to transfer it to my rig, test it and make a spotlight or take screens. Im wondering how well you guys think this will run IV, and with what texture settings etc etc. Keep in mind this is a prebuilt PC I picked up for my mancave, originally used as just like a guest PC for browsing the webs and such lel. Lets get on with the specs: OS: Windows 8 Processor: AMD E1-2500 APU GPU: Radeon HD Graphics 1.40GHz (Not attempted to overclock it yet, nor will I - Its an all-in-one pc) Ram: 4GB 64 Bit OS

GTA IV was made in 2008. GTA V was made in 2014, and the PC version comes out in late 2014. Not to be vivid, (If that's the word im looking for) but I think R* is smart enough to get a better port. Although I do agree, you can have a $10,000 Titan and still have freezes in GTA IV. It is very simple to build one, I built 2 of them in earlier years. Now I have a monster of a machine put together by me and my best friend. Although, just saying you could buy a built PC on ebay or something. I'd be sure to check if the specs are correspondent with the price tag. Cheers.

This game looks amazing so far. Im assuming your the only one working on this project. This game looks amazing so far. One thing I noticed is the pullover system, how the AI's pullover is WAAAY better than GTA IV LCPD:FR. Obviously this game does not have lots of customization, and other things like GTA IV's LCPDFR...But the game is still being made. I think this game has so much potential, hopefully you add better graphics. If you add HD graphics, or atleast decent graphics - It will be worth paying for. I realize this game is in development, so I will not tell you any suggestions, as most of them are things you plan on adding. I like the whole minimap idea aswell. I'm encouraging you to make this game great, hopefully others will to. As I said, this game has lots of potential if you work hard. I would recommend hiring people to help you with GFX and Coding, but overall for a game made by one person, which is in development - it looks great. PS: About the graphics, This isn't me trying to be negative or anything, but the textures look like Roblox or something.
