1st of all in zMod the wheel is in the right spot, although I am not familiar with "Wheel dummy" so I dont know if it would be visible or not? Also, making another thread is better than putting a question on a thread not relevant to the question.

There really isnt lifeguard police vehicles. And there is only police rescue vehicles in the Europe, Australia, Etc. "Rescue Vehicles" in the US are usually bearcats. I would make the lights amber and white, as non law enforcement vehicles cant use either color. This is just my point of realism, anyway GREAT MODEL. Keep up the good work :) . Edit: The closest thing to this that is actually law enforcement is beach police or something

So I just finished v1 of my tahoe, when i put the wtf in open iv, and click the fragment it looks like this In zMod, it looks fine In game, (If I really need to make a vid I will) when ELS is on, the wheels like go a bit forward, then back to how they were and drive my tahoe. The lights, look and function properly. could this be an error of my attatching? Please halp Also, I just realized this when exporting. I think it might have to do with this, because the model looks good in zModeler, but when exported and put into open iv it looks like that. Halp?

So Im new to zModeler, and I want to know how to turn the console in my car, so I can attach it properly, when I use the rotate tool it doesnt do as I want it. I want it facing forward, like it should be.

Not to mention lightbars take up alot of power when used, police vehicles are often equipped with a secondary power supply for all the lights, console, etc. Edit: And for what john said, lightbars arent always brighter than all the other lights. My local department has Ions just as bright as a TIR.

I have had the same issue, I fixed it by uninstalling my pistol texture. Not sure if this will work for everyone, but if you have a different model for your "Pistol" try a different one, or getting the default glock. Cheers

So, I want to make a fictional Liberty City skin pack, I want ideas - Like border patrol, state police, FIA, something like that. I dont like making packs based off things, since I like making custom concept designs, but if you have an IRL design, I might make the concept to LCPD or something. Tanks :)

It is very unlikely people will just make a model for you, even a skin can be hard for someone to do. Model requests dont get made, most of the time. I would get zModeler and make your own cars. Good luck.

You can throw something together for 700$ and run Crysis 3 on Ultra in 1080p no problem. Unless you have a 6 monitor setup, dont get a 900$ gpu. Ever. Or if you have a 3 monitor setup with 3 4k 75' tvs. At that point just go to the hospital assuming your eyes are bleeding.

Also, since this hasn't been mentioned you can press Alt + U to go backwards in the primary light pattern, same for all the modes. In case you want like lightstage 10, and you accidently go to 11, just do Alt + U.

Thanks for the help, it kind of works. In game it looks kind of funky, only like the blue part flashes, not the red. If i change the light pattern its blue and red but its a bit funky and doesnt match with the light bar pattern. This is my Light bar and dashlight thing here . If you really want ram, dont go over 12 gigs, I guarantee you dont edit enough to fully utilize 8 gigs, You could render 10 1080p intros at the same time and wouldnt need 32 gigs.

All ram sticks should work for your mother board, and I would advise not wasting your money on more than 8Gb of ram, 4 is enough for modern day games. Ram is something you need for multitasking and editing, say you render videos in Sony Vegas. Tons of ram means nothing, it becomes an aesthetic, even if you edit.
