The arms are normal. What you are seeing are the shirts sleeves using skin toned colors from the elbow midsection on down giving the appearance of short sleeves. This would give the appearance of misshapen arms.

1. The vehicle is ELS compatible - correct? 2. ELS.ini and ELS.asi file are located in the main GTA IV directory - correct? 3. The ELS vehicle that you are using is set for active "1" within the ELS.ini file - correct?

As cp702 stated, setting all the ELS vehicles to "0" (inactive) within the ELS.ini file, causes the bug to activate ELS on all vehicles. If the bug allowed the correct environmental lighting, I would actually use it, sadly it doesn't.

You can manually adjust the car lighting within the visualsettings.dat file, and the bloom settings within your enbsetting.ini file... or, try using the available visualsettings.dat file from BxBug's or Luminance visualsettings.dat file.

So this is just happening with Braveheart's script? You verified this by uninstalling the script, and had no more issues since - correct?

I'm almost 90% completed on the tweakings... nothing major from my last settings, just some clarity work I'm doing.

Testing some new tweaked settings from a blend of configurations (ENB/ICE/PR8/ELS). FYI: YouTube's video compression scheme degrades some of the clarity and speed of the original Fraps video capture (vehicle ghosting, bloom distortion, etc...). Also, 720p and 1080p playback is available.

Norton is just being "extra sensitive" towards this particular executable install... DashCam mod is safe.
