-This car features two or three setups, depending on how you like your cars. I have designed
it to work as a marked vehicle and also as a slicktop. To change the vehicle from a marked vehicle
to a slicktop/ghosted vehicle, all you have to do is go and toggle the extras 2 for the inner bar,
and 3 for the outer lightbar.
-It also features two skins, one fully marked, and one ghosted. If you want an unmarked, all you have
to do is go into a photo editing program and delete everything off the skin, and add your own licence
plate.
-There has been alot of work put into this model, from merging the interior to numerious
bugs that we had during the creation of this model. There might be some small ones that
have gone un noticed, if you notice any, please, feel free to tell me about them.
-The lights on the vehicle were designed to be used with Radiance V. I used the bright setting to take the screenshots shown
-There are some small errors with the interior but i didn't mind them.
-This model was designed for its handling to act like the Police3.
-I have also included light textures to make the car Red & Blue or Blue and Blue, they are in
the extras folder.
-The model is a little on the higher poly side (130k+) but it shouldn't cause any issues.
-The templates are in the extras folder.
-This is the first vehicle I have released, and i'd like to give a huge shout out to all the people
who actually made this possible, from sitting up for hours with me helping my dumbass, to giving me
vehicles to fix because they are too lazy or just don't know how to fix it. You all know who you are,
so, Thank you.
-The file included in the extras folder to make the lights act differently is not made by me. I did not
get credits for whoever made the file and added the change to the vehicle.

Hi there everybody! This model is NOT made by me! The model credits go to CanadapoliceOfficial model:
I recommend that you use this vehicle for M.V.A. (Motor Vehicle Accidents), Hit and Run, Broken Down Vehicle (Ambient Event) and anything else that you can think of to use this vehicle for!
INSTALLATION:
- Drag and drop the 'sheriff2' files to your desktop or any folder that you would like
- Open up OpenIV.
- Grand Theft Auto V: Windows.
- Click on Edit mode [Top right].
- Go to: update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.
- Find (Filter): 'sheriff2' (Or the vehicle that you changed it too, police3 will be in patchday4ng).
- Go to the 'sheriff2' files that you installed.
- Drag and drop them into the vehicles.rpf in OpenIV (Where all the vehicles are).
- (OPTIONAL, BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENED): Go to: update/update.rpf/common/data
- Drag and drop the VisualSettings.dat in there, it removes Coronas and it makes the lights look better
This is still a 'Work In Progress' simply because I can still add more stuff to it and also there are some issues with the placement of the logos and other stuff so, just let me know down in the comments or in the review how you would like me to update the skin, (adding more stuff to it, changing stuff, removing stuff, etc.) and I will try my best to do just that.

Look no further as that is exactly what I have been trying to accomplish with this mod. Various trucks and vans have now been bombed by some of the finest graffiti artists from Los Santos, Liberty City and the real world. Featuring pieces from graffiti legends such as JA, COPE2 and SEEN, but also graffiti from GTA IV and V. I have even painted with my own graffiti (SCOPE).
This is work in progress as I plan to bomb even more vehicles down the road, but I might also expand the project to more than just vehicles if I get the time :) Feedback is GREATLY appreciated and I am open for suggestions. Also feel free to contact me about any problems or issues you might be having with this mod.

no keys because it works as a standalone script what I basically mean is it doesn't need any user interaction it does everything by itself
I am trying to enhance the "default" without script behavior so the pullover behavior or "move over" behavior is improved because to be honest when I play the game every time I get to a crowded area in gta v I keep crashing into people because they don't move over correctly.
So I guess the gist of what I am trying to say is be respectful, don't say the obvious everyone knows this works without a script by default in gta v.
Also just wanted to say if you appreciate & like my work please consider giving me a donation as every bit helps considering how that makes me & my work feel appreciated and encourages me to continue making great scripts like this.

Very reliable and lightweight mod that is very compatible with almost all other scripts. Extremely easy to control your car with just your controller.
Definitely worth the immersion, try it for yourself! Easy to add or remove at will.

Holding the modifier key (X) lets you quickly execute the following:

LSPD:FR & Script engine control
Both LSPD:FR & this script take control of the engine after exiting, you can quickly fix it by doing either:
Press M and go to Vehicle Engine control and put the engine status to on instead of always on OR
Press X + DpadUP (controller) and go to settings, then disable the engine control from there

Whether indicators work on custom vehicles is up to the creator of that particular model, auto-idle brakes pretty much always work though.

Here is a skin I made, currently for 3 models with more to come, for a fictional department called the Unified Sheriff Department of Los Santos and Blaine Counties. The idea is to create as realistic a situation as possible without forcing users to install models for both Los Santos and Blaine County Sheriff Departments. Skins are based on the Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake County. For more information on this fictional department, read the history section below.
1. Department History
The Unified Sheriff Department (USD) of Los Santos and Blaine Counties was formed in 1999 by the Los Santos County government, the Los Santos Sheriff Department, the Blaine County Sheriff Department, and several other contributing municipalities. It assumed the policing responsibilities and jurisdictions previously held by the Los Santos Sheriff Department, Blaine County Sheriff Department, Sandy Shores Police Department, Paleto Bay Police Department, and the Grapeseed PD beginning at midnight on Tuesday, February 29, 2000, once it was officially determined Y2K was a hoax.
The organization is overseen by the elected sheriffs of Blaine and Los Santos county, as well as one representative from each of the four largest metropolitan areas within the jurisdiction, Grapeseed, Paleto Bay, Sandy Shores, and the City of Los Santos. Vinewoods exclusion and the resulting even number of delegates leads to most major issues remaining unresolved.
Nonetheless, by combining a variety of police services such as SWAT, forensics, records, and dispatch under one organization, communities can share the costs with other communities, saving local governments and reducing the tax burden of the rich and powerful, most of whom are ironically policed by the LSPD anyway.
2. Future Plans
These are my first textures, and they definitely could use some help. I hope that people are interested in the prospect of a department like this, that creates the most realistic environment possible without needing two separate departments for Los Santos County and Blaine County. If others would like to continue developing . I certainly plan on making a skin for some SUV, most likely the game’s default Sheriff2 model. If others would be interested in reskinning the Paleto Bay station, that would be awesome, I’m just afraid it is a little past me at this point… Comments, reviews, criticism, etc. greatly appreciated
3. Installation Instructions
The three skins currently released are based on the following models:

Step 1) Download the model you plan on using from the link above, and install using the instructions provided and OpenIV
Step 2) Open the vehicle.ytd or vehicle+hi.ytd file using openIV (make sure you’re in edit mode) and drag and drop the sign images.

The script was designed and outlined as a team project between Albo1125 and myself. This script was designed in-mind to give the end-user more control over the policing powers within GTA V. By allowing most, if not all, the functionality of governing which departments have jurisdictions over what parts of Los Santos. With this script you’ll have the power on setting up which areas of patrols… what particular vehicles are in use… what particular Law Enforcement Officers are in use... are they stationed or patrolling… what time of (day or night)… and much-much more.

Jurisdictions and Policing Possibilities Border and Customs Enforcement. Wildlife and Game Enforcement. City, State and Federal Buildings Patrols. County Roads, Freeways, Highways and Byways Patrols. Road Construction Assistance and Enforcement. Railroads and Train Yards Patrols. Subways and Trolleys Patrols. Airport Policing and Security Enforcement. Marina, Beach and Shipyard Patrols. Coast Guard Patrols. Public and Private Property Security Patrol. Or any other area of Law Enforcement and Security that you can think of. Summary L.E.J.S. allows the end-user to customize their needs within the .INI file (example below), by giving the end-user certain key variables on achieving their goals. Q&A Time Q. Is there a tutorial on getting started?
A. Yes. Please see the awesome tutorial video by Albo in the video section. Also, the first time you execute the LEJS Editor - it will automatically link you with the tutorial video. Don’t worry, it’s only a onetime measure on cutting down on some of the learning curve questions. Lastly, the Editor may require the “run anyway” elevated permissions for the first time depending on your OS.
Q. How many Jurisdictions Patrol Profiles can I create within the .INI file?
A. Creating jurisdiction profiles are limitless. That being said, I would personally suggest on keeping each jurisdiction area or zone, vehicle count under twenty-five (25). Especially if you’re using non-vanilla vehicles and a large activation boundary. In other words: You can have hundreds and hundreds of patrol spots… just keep each jurisdiction or area under twenty-five (25) vehicles if possible.
Q. Can the user create jurisdictions and patrol points all across Los Santos?
A. Yes.
Q. Can the user create sea and air support jurisdictions points?
A. Yes. If you’re creating custom air-support and/or sea-support jurisdictions… you can gather coordinates by using a simple trainer or enhanced trainer “airbrake” feature during gameplay, then saving the coordinates data via RHA console command “SaveLEJSLocationInfo MyLocationName”.
Q. How accurate are the Jurisdictions and patrolling setups?
A. The script is very accurate to what the .INI file is setup to do (by you). The x, y, z coordinates, heading coordinates and the area of patrol size, are very important key components on giving the user as much control and accuracy on creating believable jurisdictions patrols.
Q. What is the difference between selecting a “Custom” and “Zone” jurisdiction setup?
A. Custom setups gives the user more options (control) for specific needs and accuracy… while Zone setups gives the user immediate selections (over 90 zones) on getting patrols setup quickly - without the needed coordinates data.
Q. Can I create “Custom” and “Zone” setups within the same jurisdiction?
A. Yes.
Q. Is there a default .INI (prebuilt) contained in the download?
A. Yes. A few patrol points on getting you started.
Q. Can I use custom and/or renamed patrol vehicles?
A. Yes.
Q. Can I use civilian cars?
A. Yes. If it has wheels, wings and it floats - you can use it.
Q. Do the LEJS Officers react to crimes?
A. Yes and No. Officers will react to Michael’s, Trevor’s and Franklin’s crimes - not surrounding crimes (gangbangers, fights, etc…). We’re working on the latter part… so stay tuned for updates.
Q. The Officers that are patrolling - do they roam away from their areas of assignments?
A. No. As long as the user sets the correct “area of patrol size” and/or other boundaries within the .INI file… the patrolling Officers will stay within their jurisdiction scope.
Q. Will Officers leave their Jurisdictions during a commission of crime?
A. Yes. But we’re looking into giving the user the option on “not allowing pursuits beyond the set jurisdiction scope”.
Q. How do I get the axis x, y, z, and heading coordinates for my particular custom patrol needs?
A. LEJS has a custom console command “SaveLEJSLocationInfo MyLocationName” which allows you to easily save your location information in the required format of LEJS's INI file.
Q. Will there be a thread on sharing locations and coordinates?
A. Sure will. I figured some end-users may-not want to go through the hassle of plugging in data. So there will be a thread where users can share their Jurisdiction setups and/or patrolling spots (with photos) – so that others can decide if its fits their needs.
Q. How stable is the script?
A. No major problems to report.
Q. How can I edit the .INI file?
A. The nice and simplistic .INI Editor of course!
Q. Key features?
A. Most of the key features can be viewed from the .INI Editor. However, I believe the master viewing mode (F3 Key by default) is quite impressive. You can verify the areas of patrols that you created (per immediate surrounding area), and modify them later based on your observation. And if you set the blip feature (per car) within the .INI file, you’ll see the vehicles in real-time (especially the vehicles that are set to patrol) doing their job within the area of scope that you set.
Q. What are the red, green and yellow blips in the master viewing mode (F3)?
A. If enabled in the .INI file (per vehicle), the master viewing mode lets the user know which vehicles are stationed (red), which ones are patrolling (green) and which ones are zoned spawned (yellow).
Q. How do I reload the script if it stops working completely?
A. Bring up the Rage Plugin Console. First, if necessary, unload the plugin by typing UnloadPlugin “Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script.dll” and pressing enter. You can then reload it by typing LoadPlugin “Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script.dll” and pressing enter.
Q. Can I easily make changes to the INI file while in game?
A. Absolutely! When you’re in master viewing mode (F3), you can reload the values from the INI file by pressing F5 (default). You will see the changes you made are immediately reflected by the master viewing mode for easy editing and perfecting your jurisdictions.
FYI: * Guys/Gals please make sure to use the correct coordinates when creating custom zones. Especially if it has a negative (-) in front of it. Example: if the coordinate states -34.789 then it should be -34.789. Tutorial Video:

This is a quickly made skin pack for nicks0112's 2015 Mustang, more specifically for its unmarked version but hey, no one stops you from using it on the marked version as well! I made the classic blue and white stripes, red and white stripes and white and blue stripes liveries that are kind of a trademark of the Mustang, making the car easily recognizable. I also added a black with grey stripes livery for a more discreet look, and a black with orange stripes that, in my opinion, looks quick sick! Also included, 2 liveries with transparent background so you can choose whatever bodywork color you want through a trainer. To summary!
