Never mind I got it resolved last night. I just forgot to update the thread.

So when I import a video into Premiere I get some weird borders. They don't show up if I upload the videos separately. These are visible on You Tube and when exported. UPDATE: I got rid of the borders, but it's still in 480p. Here's a link to the video: *Note this is not an ad for my You Tube channel I am merely asking for help

So this has been going on for a while. I'm not really too sure what's causing it. Any ideas? It occurs with any ped I have selected that includes EUP even with special walk animations selected. So I have a You Tube channel (this is not an ad) for responding and on scene videos. Recently I didn't have my scanner on as I was sick for a couple days. Although I did try to go out to a call as I was feeling better. So I heard sirens and went outside. I saw my town's PD FPIU (301) responding code 3 priority 1 and a sheriff behind it. Then I saw my towns ambulance (1281 BLS, 1282 BLS, and Medic 77 ALS) all rolling code 3 priority 1. Also I heard a neighboring town's ambulance (Medic 70 or 4282 responding). But they went back in service after I presume t was over (we don't call code 4's). However something was odd. 1282 was using a hi-lo. I've done these videos for a few months. No matter how urgent the call I've never seen them use their hi-lo. Also they left about 5-10 minutes after arriving on scene. Usually they stay for 1-2 hours. They also responded after 301 and the sheriff as if they were waiting for a clear. Radio traffic on the sheriff/police frequency wasn't held. Anyone have any ideas on what this could be? It can't be anything too bad as they didn't hold radio traffic. But 4 ambulances (one a SUV), 2 ALS? Maybe a rabid dog, but that's my only idea. But that wouldn't explain the hi-lo or the shorty on scene time.

That's the weird thing. Either all converters work or none do. Thanks man! Any ideas on how to install? The tutorials I watch don't match anything I have :/

Hey guys. So I have been struggling for some time with this. So need to change DDS to PNGs for EM4. The online converters work about half the time. One day it works one day it doesn't. Now many of you will say use Paint.net, but I only use GIMP plain and simple. And GIMP doesn't take DDSs. Any ideas? Thanks guys.

Hi, so I was wondering (I think I've used it before, but I have a terrible memory) what mod can I use to completely get rid of wig-wags. I don't want front or rear. Thanks in advance!
