Because when I try to pull someone over whenever my lights are on everyone moves over making the suspect not able to. I understand I could just wait but I thought it would be a cool feature

I was wondering if you can make it so when your lights are on without a siren that cars don't move out of the way.

Rename the folder you are RUNNING Ragehook.exe from to Grand Theft Auto V Name the other one to something like GTA V Vanilla

In the video your directory is has Modded after. Rename the Vanilla one to something different and the modded one to just Grand Theft Auto V I'm not sure if that will fix your error but it might
