I just want to say thank you to everyone that helped develop, test, and in any way contribute to the making of LSPDFR. I really do appreciate it. The modification is absolutely amazing. The time put into this is really mind-boggling. I think everyone should leave a thank you below because other than donating it's the least we can do. And trust me, I plan on donating!

I recently started playing GTA IV again and I re-downloaded it and started up the vanilla game just to make sure everything was still working and I am having trouble getting around this. Every time the game starts loading on the character screens it freezes on one and crashes. I have a completely have reinstalled GTA IV as I said and I am still experiencing this issue. I verified my games files and everything verified successfully. This is beyond me as to why it is doing this.
