  1. When I play LCPDFR, I make sure to load my game with lots and lots of car mods. Then I usually get a department that has the worst uniforms imaginable from a far distant country. After that, I hop in my 4k textured 9000 poly squad car and head off for adventures unknown.
  2. I recommend that you pick up a webcam and use that as a microphone. Make sure you put it real close to your mouth to get that static(y) Hyde effect.
  3. While waiting for this "game" to come out, go play all the Police Quest and SWAT titles.
  4. Oh man, there's hardly any US shows I watch anymore, UK is so much better for that. Red Dwarf The Mighty Boosh IT Crowd Monty Python: Flying Circus Darkplace In the Loop/The Thick of It Blackadder Father Ted Countless Italian westerns and horrible Chinese kung-fu movies can be added to the list as well.
  5. Yeah, it's a pain in the ass to convert all of them, pick out their slots for IV's conditions, then test them to make sure they work. It takes hours to do the voices for one character. Not to mention, there are a lot of conditions the IV cops have that the V ones don't. Citizen Down being one of the most notable that's missing. I know at one point, we had one of the S_M_Y_SHERIFF's in IV to replace one of M_Y_COP's voices, can't remember which.
  6. Playing GTA IV with mods will not get you VAC banned from CSGO...
  7. I won't be happy until I get a Rwanda mod and an IRA mod.
  8. Has to include epic amounts of cleavage and firearms.
  9. No, you cannot. Your laptop has on-board graphics, to be honest, I'm surprised you can even run GTA IV. Would recommend putting everything on the near lowest settings if you want a high FPS.
  10. GTA IV and 4K textures? Sounds like a great way to have your map downgrade and have taxis spawn in place of all other traffic.
  11. Oh well, now they will turn to ipstresser or one of the millions of other pentest tools. Glad to see we've given these people an exuberant amount of attention in the wake of their actions. Maybe if I pass the LOIC exam they will let me in Anonymeme!!!!
  12. Try using OBS or Nvidia Shadowplay (if you have a GTX 660 or higher).
  13. No game is hard to mod when there's a million people working around the clock to make it accessible to everyone. I sent the OpenIV lead a PM a few weeks ago and he said we could expect basic mod support (textures most likely) to be out within a week of release.
  14. Next time I suggest you run around Time Square with a fake knife screaming your brains out. You have absolutely no grasp on law and it's probably a good thing you aren't going into an LE career.
  15. Or you can be like that department up north, the one that allowed the 20 year old to be a sheriff's deputy. Crandon was it? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crandon,_Wisconsin_shooting
  16. I think the most important thing you could do, is understand that you don't have to be a cop, to be a cop... Hope that makes sense to you... But, you gotta understand, a badge doesn't make the person... The police officer's mentality can be rooted in some of the most unlikely people, but the desire to protect and serve is still there. Badges and uniforms are nice, but what really matters is doing the right thing. If you live your life doing the right thing and upholding the same values you would have if you were a cop, then what's the difference? Hell, think about it this way. Now you can spend your life doing everything a cop would, without the pain of having to be a cop.
  17. To be fair, you don't sound like a bad person. However, it sounds like you got the shitty end of the stick and you have to pay the unfortunate price.
  18. There's a massive difference between unpopular opinions and right/wrong. And if you're too afraid to state your opinion, then you don't have one worth hearing.
  19. Alright, now please tell the story from your side. I've read what the news has said, now I want to hear an account of your actions.
  20. He has no belief. He can't establish or explain anything about his own thoughts or opinions. It would be a different story if he gave a bit of information regarding where he stands on the matter. To say, "I don't like something because I am Christian." is insane. Not to mention, this is an issue where everyone should be on the same page. It's about human decency. No human should be subjected to torture or "forced therapy" simply because of having non-heterosexual desires.
  21. "I don't care what you think, I stick to my beliefs." Let's translate this from archaic scribles. "I'm extremely closed-minded and refuse to acknowledge that there are different types of people out there. If you aren't exactly how I am, I don't support you."
