2012 Florida Highway Patrol Charger 1.0.0

Seeing that OfficerUnderwood released a FHP pack recently. It inspired me to do a 2012 FHP Charger for release! I tried to make it as accurate as I possibly could.

I did add a few liveries that I made up myself in the .WTD, So the chrg_sign_2 and chrg_sign_3 aren't real liveries of the Florida Highway Patrol. Haha.
