  1. The game is so far off from development. They don't have enough funding(they never met their goals) and are looking at investors. But the investors want a tech demo. It won't be released for at least 1 1/2 to 2 years. It's a shame. I'd love a game like that.. but that developing team is not big enough or capable enough to do something like this. I just wish they'd get picked up be a larger team so it can be done right.
  2. Entire thing basically started with those projects. They got a letter saying to stop production of the liberty city import. And OpenIV was caught in it.
  3. What do I do if I keep getting a "Grand Theft Auto V Patch" installer everytime I start. And when using the launcher bypasser with internet it tells me to put in a CD Key. I put my CD key I use on steam and it tells me it's already in use. I launch without internet and it tells me I need to validate. I've downgraded Social Clubs with no use either. I'm pretty much shit out of luck at this point. I also don't get an option to select "Offline Mode". Edit: The launcher that came with the patch was bad. I used the original but now it still tells me to activate my game. Even when selecting Offline Mode. On both versions of Social Club, too.
  4. There are mods out there that allow you to shoot someone in the hand to disarm them. Other mods that let you shout at the guy to drop the weapon with a chance of it happening vs not happening.
  5. Just saying, this is more of the error message bypass. Not all mods will work(At least, most of mine did not).
  6. Been trying to find RPH .52 for a while. If someone could PM me it, that would be great.
  7. You're free to do that. But OpenIV still works as of now. And Police 10-13 is so far from being released, you'd be waiting for at least another 2 years. They don't even have the funding yet to get an Alpha going. And they won't until they have a tech demo(which they don't, last I heard). So the game is years away from release. If released at all. I guarantee GTA 6 to be out by the time they have a beta.
  8. I'm a very impatient man and I don't play LSPDFR every day. So it is nice to see that you can set the court cases to 10 minutes. That's one of the features that had a little worried after seeing the preview video. Great work. I can't wait to see what people do with the court system, now.
  9. I took a callout(Person with weapon) and they had a rocket launcher. Long story short, I blow up in my car. I return to my car and thought "What the hell, let's call a mechanic". I used Agency Callouts and they came and fixed it....sort of. While the car was repaired and drive able... I looked like the Police Officer of SPD(Satan's Police Department).

  11. Quick question, How does EMS respond to revived Suspects? Are they taken to the hospital? Are they with an officer? Or what happens if we stop the suspect after revival, will this bug the EMS out?
  12. Ah, Alright, thanks. I saw RDE did it so it had me thinking. I guess I can always turn off the radar all together if I was desperate enough. Thanks for the response.
  13. I know you can remove your radar entirely with gta settings. But I like the gps route to show up without having to pause every street to see which turn I take. So is there a mod out there that removes enemy blips? I know Realist Dispatch Enhanced has a feature like that, but I don't want to have to use un-modded vehicles or different textures or any other features just so I can remove enemy blips. So is there a mod already out there that does this? I think the immersion of not knowing exactly where the enemy shooting at you is or suspect in general would be well. I mean, unless it was a police chase. Since you need to know where to start.
  14. While it would be someone realistic, GTA fire doesn't always last that long and will probably go out before they arrive. You would need them to spawn really close to you to have any usefulness
  15. Is there any way to just use the "Remove Police/Enemy Blips from Map" part? I want to do this so bad to enhance the immersion but I can't find any other mods that would do it. And I use custom vehicles and don't really need the other features.
  16. Now that you can grab peds, it would be cool if you can grab arrested ones and actually place them in the vehicle. You walk up to your police vehicle's back door and hit a button to place in vehicle. I guess this can be done by teleporting them in the vehicle or by automatically having the door open(or have the player model go through opening it after they select the option to put in vehicle) and the suspect walk in. Although its not a big problem. But placing a grabbing a suspect and then dropping him near your car and then opening it isn't exactly time consuming. It would be nice to have it automated. And hitting F to enter the vehicle doesnt always work to put the suspect in. It would just be neat to see an option that does it all automatically
  17. I haven't downloaded(yet) but I am curious as to how this handles a Ped driving off while you're in the computer. Since it doesn't seem like there is a minimap display. When entering the computer does it slow the rate of time down or does it keep time normal? To be honest, I'm not even sure a Ped can flee while you look up their name and stuff. Seems like it always happens right when you get in anyways.. but you can never be too sure
  18. I've been gone for quite a while now. So I'm not really up to date on this mod. Is this the last update? I can't seem to find anything about future updates and it seems everything has been abandoned a long time ago.
  19. I think it won't be possible. Since GTA IV had the police radio in the cop cars. And the audio for it. I don't think GTA V has that, or I have never heard it.
  20. I am well aware it is 0.1... I was saying, that he said stuff like pull overs are about as good as it can get. and stop and frisk isn't a real possibility. I was saying that there wasn't much else to being a cop other than going on pursuits and shootouts. Which is more like NOOSE or SWAT. I am not asking for it to be finished overnight.. at all. I never showed any impatience. With the game limiting what they can do with pedestrians in terms of interaction and animations, I was just asking for them to compile a list of what can and can't be done. What they plan on implementing. It would save time for people requesting features already planned and then having a Staff member tell them it's planned. How is that being impatient? I was simply asking a question based on what Sam had said.
  21. With all of these things you can't do. It seems like being a cop is limited and the focus is more on a NOOSE team member. As there is no real point to be a cop if you can't do cop things. When mostly just going to shoot outs and pursuits seems to be a focus point. Makes me wonder how much more can this be improved upon than right now. It would be nice to have a list of ideas/future features that are planned on being implemented. Even if the list is just a "possibility list". It'd be nice to know what to expect. And if there will be any significant changes other than different call out
  22. Agreed. There's so much more coming. It's going to be insane. I'm just happy to be playing this right now. Regardless if it's mainly chasing people lol
  23. Oh my god. I did not even think about this. There are dog models in the game. German shepherd, Husky, Chop and so on. It would be nice that if you had a police dog on patrol with you, when you aim at a suspect and hit E to tell them to stop, if they don't the dog goes after them. Or the dog goes after them automatically if they run. Which would be realistic to a point. And there's a kill animation for the dogs that they can tackle the person and bite them and shake their head back and forth. If you can implement that but with out the killing part, that'd be great. Having a police dog instead of a person partner would honestly make me lay an egg from excitement. I bought GTA IV specifically for this mod, unfortunately GTA IV did not run well on my PC as it would crash frequently(without the mod) So being able to play this mod now with very little issues is incredible. The game runs good so far. Some lag spikes. I have the occasional car glitch where it will veer off in a direction and it will get hard to turn. Like the wheels get locked. I honestly think there should be more on-screen tips. As when I forced a callout, I had no idea I had to hit "Y" to accept. So I end up going to the circle thinking it'd start automatically and have the circle disappear. I thought the chase was bouncing back and forth from my location to my previous location.
  24. The taser would kill them? Any clue as to why that is the case?
