    https://albo1125.com
Modding DLC Pack V allows for a simplified installation process of peds, weapons, vehicles and meta file entries - both for addons and replacements.

After installing the Modding DLC Pack V OIV file, you can do the following, all from one central folder:
Install unlimited addon/replacement peds and addon peds.meta entries; Install replacement weapons; Install unlimited addon/replacement vehicles including support for vehicles.meta, carvariations.meta and handling.meta; Add custom names to your (addon) vehicles; Easily restore all of the above after a GTA 5 update.
Please ensure to carefully read the supplied README.pdf file for tutorials and guides on how to do all of the above. I have also done a video tutorial series (see above) showing how to perform all of the above properly.

Many thanks to @festivalmatt for his very many valuable contributions to Modding DLC Pack V.
Credits for the included gameconfig.xml file go to Dilapidated.

Please do not reupload or redistribute Modding DLC Pack V as a standalone file. If you would like to use Modding DLC Pack V as a base to release a pack of mods or similar, that’s fine - please include credit and a link back to this original Modding DLC Pack V ☺

This mod simulates the flight patterns of Southern California (more specifically, Los Angeles area) law enforcement air support helicopters. That is, they will orbit around a target entity or position instead of just hovering above. A spotlight will track the subject when night-time. You may also call for a backup heli anytime while on-duty.

Dippa reacted to Chip W. for a file, Dispatch Response
This is not a mod for LSPDFR.  This is a stand alone program to play dispatch responses.

The best use for this program is to help add more realism to your LSPDFR RP videos by giving you a way to get dispatch to acknowledge your calls when another plugin doesn't do it for you.

    Installation:
Download the DispatchResponse.rar to any folder and extract. This file is not required to be in your GTA V, LSPDFR, or Plugins folder. Double click it to run.
You will not see anything pop up.
To make sure it's running, just use one of the hotkeys.
If you do not get any audio, check your task manager for "RandomAudio.exe".
if you don't see it, run the program again.
    To use this program:
Run DispatchResponse.exe Use CTRL+SHIFT+1-4 to get a response.
    CTRL+SHIFT+1 = 10-4
    CTRL+SHIFT+2 = Roger
    CTRL+SHIFT+3 = Roger That
CTRL+SHIFT+4 = 10-4 Copy That To close the program:
    CTRL+SHIFT+5
I use a laptop and did not see any CPU hits or FPS drops while running this program.

There is no .ini file to change the hotkeys.  When I had it made, I specifically asked that it uses a 3 key combo so that it would not interrupt with any other plugin.  The audio files can not be changed.

    Disclaimer:
I did not make this program and can not be held responsible for any damage it may cause to your PC or any software installation.  My son created this program for me to use and share with the LSPDFR RP community. This program has been tested on Windows 10 with the Steam version of GTA V using the latest version of LSPDFR and Rage .52.

This program is provided free of charge and may be shared unaltered.

This plugin adds in configurable location in game window information about :
current player location (street and city/county), displays interstates in red, routes in yellow, other streets in white color, displays speed limit at current street, it's based on street location and in some cases player coordinates in game world - as of now it has basic functionality, comparing to this what I planned. also displays current time in game (12 or 24 hour clock), current player speed displayed in MPH or KMPH depending on which system player choosen in options, direction / heading. current zone player coordinates (x,y,z) There's ability to configure plugin behaviour via "RageShowMyLocation.ini" file and / or using in-game menu accessible by pressing LShift + F6 (thanks to RageNativeUI - by alexguirre, Stealth22, LtFlash, Guad and others ), which includes :
position of each 6 text elements (heading, street/county/zone, time, speed limit, player speed, coordinates) on screen, font sizeof each 6 text elements (heading, street/county/zone, time, speed limit, player speed, coordinates) on screen, switchable options mentioned below also switches (on/off) in ini file :
metric/imperial units switch, time (in game), heading, player speed, player coordinates (x,y,z), current zone. if display text inside black box (with adjustable opacity) or not, for all those patrols on sunny weather, and ...
font family/name - this can be any system font installed in Windows, in-game menu key binding (for better integration with other tools, trainers etc.) Settings, while using in-game menu, are saved immediatelly to ini file after applying so they are persistent, and are applied instantly.
Default config has set position values for small screen resolution which give basic feel how it works, just to be adjusted by player to his/her needs.

If You have older version of plugin, and plugin's ini file contains customized text positioning (among other options), and want to retain your config, You should backup plugin's ini file, and restore it if desired after plugins update. However from time to time, I'm updating plugin's functionality and new settings become available, so I post in plugin's change log information about these new settings, so plugin users know what to expect.

There's API for plugin makers in test phase as well allowing to obtain speed limit for given street (name, location) - see development forum thread for details - I'll post there some examples.
Issues with text flickering has been resolved, In RPH 0.29 - 0.30 was added method for faster drawing text on game window, so once I figured that solution to this problem is already available, I used it.
Improved zone information displayed to player, thanks to translation table (raw string to more readable form) from AlexGuirre.
    Requirements :
    - Rage Plugin Hook 0.52 (may work with older versions)
    - Rage Native UI 1.6

    Installation :
    - Unpack archive file (7-zip),
    - Copy file named "RageShowMyLocation.dll" and "RageShowMyLocation.ini" to Gta5/Plugins directory,
    - Copy file named "RageNativeUI.dll" to main GTA 5 directory
    - Enable Plugin in Rage Plugin Hook Settings Window (accesible after holding Shift key when starting RPH 0.52), plugins tab
Please do not re-upload this file to other sites, as You do not have my permission to do so.
This plugin is only available here and at my site (see My profile tab or development forum thread - http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/54695-wiprel-rageshowmylocation/

    Hello!

I've been away a bit but, I am back now with two new texture packs at once! Hopefully that will make up for my absence with a few of you.

Another installment in my Maryland agencies series. This time partially due to popular demand, I present the Maryland State Police and it's lore friendly counterpart, the San Andreas State Police. I made textures for I think pretty much every vehicle they operate besides helicopters and motorcycles. I know there has been one or two other packs featuring MSP but, I decided to do my own version.

As before, if anyone notices any issues/problems with these textures, please let me know right away and I will attempt to rectify the problem.

More MD agencies to come so, keep an eye out!

I used these templates to make the textures.

Links to the vehicles used in the screenshots are below. These vehicle files were used as they are some of my favorites but, any vehicles using these templates will do just fine. Thanks to these modders for their excellent work!

Dippa reacted to Stealth22 for a file, ALPR+
    ALPR+

ALPR+ is a plugin that I have been thinking about for a while now, but just never got around to writing it. After publishing major updates for both Code 3 Callouts and LSPDFR Computer+, I now have had some more time to devote to this.
ALPR+ is intended to model a real life ALPR (automated license plate recognition) system used by many police departments across the United States, as well as in Canada and other countries around the world. There are many different types of systems out there, and I must admit, I am not really familiar with the intricacies of any of them. However, I've done my best to make this plugin as realistic as possible.
The concept of ALPR+ was inspired by the Realistic ANPR plugin by Danielle. However, due to unknown reasons, Danielle has not been able to update Realistic ANPR in quite some time. It is quite unfortunate, as she did some great work on that plugin, and worked hard to make it as realistic as it was. I hope that I'm able to do the same with ALPR+. Like I said, I am not familiar with ALPR systems at all, and I've obviously had to develop ALPR+ from scratch.
ALPR+ is a plugin that I am quite proud of, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed developing it!!
    Features
Inspired by the Realistic ANPR plugin by Danielle Realistic detection logic which takes various factors into consideration, including vehicle distance, angle, line of sight, camera field of view, etc When alerts are triggered, the player only receives information that the ALPR system would know You don't get a blip on your map! The only information you receive is the vehicle model, color, which camera triggered the alert, and the license plate Configuration file with customizable camera settings (for advanced users only; default values are highly recommended) Eight different types of ALPR alerts, each with it's own potential probability weight Stolen Vehicle Outstanding Warrant Suspended Driver's License Expired Driver's License Vehicle Registration Expired Vehicle Not Registered Vehicle Insurance Expired No Vehicle Insurance ALPR system automatically disables itself during traffic stops or pursuits, and re-enables them when the situation is Code 4 Integration with LSPDFR API NOTE: ALPR+ does change some vehicle and ped records; LSPDFR natively generates a lot of peds with outstanding warrants, or expired/suspended licenses Sound notifications when alerts are triggered Integration with Traffic Policer API (optional feature) Developer API Set (or clear) either a pre-defined or custom flag on a specific vehicle Events that are triggered when an event is either generated, or displayed Get the ALPR flag for a specific vehicle Get a list of ALPR results for the current session

Dippa reacted to PieRGud for a file, Callout Manager
Callout Manager gives you the ability to select LSPDFR-compatible callouts individually.

Please note that this plugin scans through each callout plugin installed and finds any and all callouts in that plugin. Some callout authors may have left callouts that aren't intended to be triggered in their code. Thus, you may encounter some weird callout names or callouts that don't trigger at all.

Also note that this mod uses a part of LSPDFR that isn't intended to be used. The LSPDFR developers can update their modification at any time and effectively patch the method used, rendering this plugin obsolete.

    Installation
    Place CalloutManager.dll and CalloutManager.ini in /Plugins/LSPDFR/.
Then while on duty, press F12 on your keyboard or RB and the Left DPad button on your controller.
These toggles can be changed in the CalloutManager.ini.

    FAQ
Q: There is only one default LSPDFR callout. What's up with that?
A: LSPDFR defines every callout as a "Robbery" which is the only thing that will show up in the Callout Manager. When this callout is triggered in Callout Manager, it will randomly trigger one of the three default callouts LSPDFR has to offer.

Q: Does this work for ____ callout plugin?
A: Yes. This plugin will fetch the callouts from every callout plugin installed.

Dippa reacted to sloosecannon for a file, Dispatch Checkup Script
    Hello LSPDFR community!

Today I'm presenting a small little plugin I created to make your policing career just a little more realistic.

This plugin replicates the "Checkups" performed by dispatchers when officers are in dangerous situations.
Whenever you start a callout or a traffic stop, dispatch will start periodically checking your status. If you feel safe, you can tell dispatch to cancel checkups, and they'll stop bugging you till your next callout.

You can also ask dispatch to send you backup, or, if you're in major trouble, you can scream "Send help!". This will send in the cavalry, with an impressive response of officers closing in, complete with custom "responding" audio.

If, for some reason, you've become incapacitated, or cannot respond (or maybe you just turned your volume down...), Dispatch will try several times to contact you. When unsuccessful, they'll call in a slightly smaller set of cavalry than the "send help" request.

All of these times and responses are configurable, as is your callsign and name.

Planned integration with CustomBackup and the upcoming Police SmartRadio modification as well!

    Built against RPH 0.50

Dippa reacted to Wippy for a file, Ultimate Taxi Ad Fix
    Hello there!

It's another (second) Taxi ad fix on LSPDFR. It's a humble fix, it fixes Taxi Ads when using any mod that modifies visualsettings.dat file. The first one (by PDaniels) is quite good but a bit weird aswell. I found 5 minutes to create a better fix since there's only one (or I just think it's better LOL). You may use it or not use it. It's always good to have different choices, right?

    Installation:

    1. Pick one folder depending on your taxi.
1.a) If you have vanilla unmodded taxi, then pick up "ytd" folder and place taxi.ytd in any patchday (the latter the better, because of .rpf size) archive into x64/ levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.
1.b) If you're already using vanilla modded taxi (changed textures for example), then pick "texture" folder and replace taxi_signs_2 in your taxi.ytd via OpenIV like you did with other textures. Only you know where's your taxi.ytd. Default GTAV location is x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf , but I prefer putting vehicle files in patchdays because of rpf size.

This fix probably will not work with custom taxi models, if they use their own ad boards.

RESULT MAY VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR VISUALSETTINGS.DAT FILE. TESTED WITH "NOT TOO BRIGHT LIGHTS". PLEASE REPORT UNCOMFORTABLE BRIGHTNESS WHEN USING OTHER MODS.

Emergency Lighting System V brings one of the most popular modifications ever created for a GTA title (ELS-IV) to Grand Theft Auto V. ELS-V will add a whole new dimension to  your patrols. With a fresh look and many more features than its predecessor, it's also sure to brighten up your game and satisfy the emergency lighting enthusiast in anyone.

Dippa reacted to Steele1925 for a file, BetterDispatchAudio
Are you tired of hearing "IN, UHHHHHH"? Tired of "DIS BOBCAT 4 EN ROUUUTEE!!!"? So was I. So I fixed that. Better Dispatch Audio (B.D.A.) includes completely new AI Responding Audio (from NFS Most Wanted). Calling for backup (and Helicopter Support) will trigger this. Ending a callout from Albo's "Assorted Callouts" or "Traffic Policer" and finishing up with "BetterEMS" will also trigger new audio, changing "We are Code 4, no further units required" to "All Units you can clear this call, return to patrol". Pursuits are much more immersive. This has been a several weeks long process, with restless nights, and my 1'st mod. I'm happy to release it here for the community. Please let me know what you think of it, and enjoy.
    Works with...
    LPCallouts
    PoliceSmartRadio
    HeroCop
    AssortedCallouts
    TrafficPolicer
    AgencyCallouts
    BetterEMS
    CodeRedCallouts
    ArrestWarrantCallouts
    PeterUCallouts
    ArrestManager
    VocalDispatch
    Tacco's Highway Callouts
    OJ's Plugins
    Streetname Addon (All streets)
Standard Dispatch version works with just about any callout pack.

Installation : Simply drag and drop the provided folders to their designated locations. A ReadMe.txt has been provided for your convenience.

A special thanks to mikegolden Games and Gallonman20 on Youtube, for taking interest in this mod, and uploading videos about it. Please check out their channels, as they both do fantastic LSPDFR related Content, plus more
*Disclaimer* Audio used in these videos is outdated by about a year. These sounds were from the very beginning stages, and the mod is much more cleaned up these days.
