A civillian injured by the suspect
From the album: LSPDFR Patrols
Responded to a road rage incident in progress near West Vinewood. The victim was blocked between the suspect's car and a wall. When the suspect saw me, he attempted to flee from the incident, hitting an innocent bystander in the process. When I tried to get him out of the vehicle, he drove straight towards me, causing me to open fire. The bystander, identified as Julia Harper, is fortunately alive and is currently being treated at Mt.Zonah Medical Center. -

Heart Attack on the Job
Sorry for not responding, but his body was originally in the driver's seat of the ambulance. I don't remember if I took him out of the driver's seat or if the lifeguard took him out though.

Heart Attack on the Job
From the album: LSPDFR Patrols
I called for EMS on Del Perro Beach to treat a man suspected of assaulting a woman with a knife. The suspect died and the ambulance was going to drive off; that was until the paramedic driving the ambulance suffered a heart attack as he started the vehicle. I called for another EMS unit and the lifeguard revived him. Although the paramedic is alive, his partner still stayed in the backseat. He did not take the wheel or anything like that, so the first ambulance was just stuck. -

Thanksgiving Arrest
From the album: LSPDFR Patrols
Los Santos Police Department Press Release- November 24, 2016 For most of the people in Vinewood Hills, they are preparing for their Thanksgiving dinner of stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey, cranberry sauce, ham and a pumpkin pie for dessert. With every holiday, however, crime never takes a break. Officer Jimenez of the Los Santos Police Department- Vinewood Division was patrolling Vinewood Hills. During this particular patrol, he saw a black Nemesis bike speeding off with the driver not wearing a safety helmet. Officer Jimenez caught up to the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. A plate check of the bike revealed that the owner, Hoyt Coleman, did not have a license. Officer Jimenez then went up to the Nemesis and asked the driver for identification. The driver stated that his name was Hoyt Coleman. A second records check was called into dispatch to confirm if the plate check was correct. Coleman did indeed not have a driver's license on hand. Officer Jimenez thought that he could smell alcohol on Coleman's breath, so he subsequently issued a breathalyzer test. Coleman had a BAC level of 0%, indicating that he was not drinking. Officer Jimenez decided, however, to arrest Coleman for not having a driver's license. During a search of Coleman's person, a Taurus "Raging Judge" revolver was found. This type of revolver is considered a short-barreled shotgun in the state of San Andreas, which is illegal to possess. Coleman is currently being charged with Driving Without a License, Speeding, Reckless Driving and possession of a short-barreled shotgun. -
Officer-involved shooting near Grapeseed
From the album: LSPDFR Patrols
Blaine County Sheriff's Office Daily Report- November 21, 2016 Deputy John Jimenez was patrolling Harmony when he received a call for pursuit backup. When Deputy Jimenez arrived on the scene, he saw a Black Kuruma being pursued by another deputy. The driver was identified as Lily Black via plate check. Deputy Jimenez called in a roadblock team near Sandy Shores in order to stop Black from driving. When the first roadblock was called, Black ran over two deputies managing the roadblock. This caused Deputy Jimenez to fire a few shots at the Kuruma, but the bullets missed. When the Kuruma got on the other half of the Senora Freeway near Grapeseed, another roadblock was called from below the Sandy Shores-Grapeseed bridge. Black ran over another deputy managing the roadblock and lost control. Deputy Jimenez then fired more shots at the Kuruma as it was attempting to turn around, this time striking Black. A passenger came out of the vehicle and was promptly arrested. She identified herself as Megan Hanson; no warrants were brought up in her name and there was nothing illegal on her person. EMS was called and attempted to revive Black, but she succumbed to her injuries. Morgan is currently being held at the Sandy Shores Sheriff's Substation holding cells on the charge of resisting arrest. Her bond is set at $15,000. Deputy Jimenez is still on patrol duty, pending further review. -
BetterEMS glitch
From the album: LSPDFR Patrols
When I called for an ambulance for Berkman, the paramedics parked the ambulance about a half-foot from her body. As she was being revived, she actually was in the driver's seat of the ambulance and started to "drive" it herself with the reviving paramedic's partner. After Berkman was revived, the paramedic teleported into the ambulance and Berkman was no longer in the driver's seat. -
Collette Berkman and the Mobile Phone
From the album: LSPDFR Patrols
Blaine County Sheriff's Office Daily Report-November 19, 2016 Deputy John Jimenez of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office was responding to a call of a suspicious red Bati in Paleto Bay. When the vehicle was located, it was found to be blocking the road. The driver, identified as Collette Berkman, was also not wearing a motorcycle helmet. As Deputy Jimenez attempted to perform a traffic stop on the vehicle, Berkman stopped for about 5 seconds and decided to speed off without letting the Deputy step out of his patrol cruiser. Multiple SAHP units were then called in as pursuit backup. Two roadblocks were called in as well on the Great Ocean Highway, but Berkman bypassed both of them. Fearing that Berkman would speed off to Los Santos, Deputy Jimenez called for an air unit to keep sight of her. When Berkman was attempting to cross the highway bridge to Los Santos County, the Bati suddenly malfunctioned. Berkman was then propelled about 50 feet backwards into the air before losing consciousness on impact. An ambulance from the LSFD Paramedic Unit was called shortly afterwards, and Deputy Jimenez investigated the crash. When he came up to Berkman's body, he found a mobile smartphone near her, indicating that she was using her phone while driving. Medics performed CPR on Berkman, which rendered her back to consciousness. She is currently being housed at the Mount Zonah Medical Center in stable condition. After treatment, she will be housed at the Los Santos County Jail on the charges of: Failure to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle, Evading a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest, Reckless Driving, Not Wearing a Safety Helmet, and Using a Mobile Phone While Driving. -

[WIP] LSPDFR+, British Policing Script's International Sister Modification
I would love to see a mechanic in the Court System where it would decide at random if the defendant is guilty or not guilty. It would add more immersion and realism to the feature of the Court System itself. You could add that if it is possible within the scope of GTA V modding.

[WIP/REL] CalloutsV - The Successor to Callouts+
For the next update of this plugin, the vehicle tracker callout should have the driver of the vehicle not be the registered owner. FirstThirtyMinutes' video has the callout in it, and it still shows the driver of the "stolen" car as the registered owner. 6:56 and 10:23 for the problem I am addressing.

Election 2016
What's even funnier is that the rest of the population thought,"Who?" I guess this is the result of this country having the worst presidents in recent times, and letting idiots into our political system. Anyway, thanks for the laughs.

Election 2016
True, but the minimum wage does not work only when it applies to small businesses. Big box places like Walmart, McDonalds, and Abercrombie and Fitch, can easily afford an increase of a minimum wage. That's just my opinion though.

Election 2016
In my opinion, Sanders should be the POTUS, because he would end the outsourcing of American employment to China, by revoking treaties which do just that. He actually cares about civil rights, since he was arrested for a sit-in demonstration when he was a teenager in the 1960s. He promises proper redistribution of wealth, a better public education system, a single-pay system for healthcare, and an end to corporate lobbying. https://berniesanders.com/issues/ I might look like a total sheeple for Sanders, but I encourage you to go to this link and thoroughly study his ideas on how to change this country.

California Bill would Potentially Eliminate Grand Jury Process for Police Officers that are Involved in the Injury or Death of Suspects
While I do understand your argument, the bill has not been formally enforced yet, so we have to see how it works out when it finally does take effect.

California Bill would Potentially Eliminate Grand Jury Process for Police Officers that are Involved in the Injury or Death of Suspects
Yesterday, on August 11, 2015, Governor Jerry Brown of California signed into law, a bill known as SB277. This bill, in short, eliminates the grand jury process for Law Enforcement Officers accused of crimes that involves one or more suspects being injured or dead, therefore the officer or officers accused, would immediately be moved to trial. It was signed in response to the State of Emergency in St.Louis, Missouri, after another string of violence occurred in Ferguson. Supporters of this bill claim that the elimination of the grand jury process for officers accused of crimes that involves the injury or death of suspects, would promote transparency between the general public and the police, and would allow the facts to be checked quicker, before a ruling can be handed down on whether the actions of the officer or the officers were justified or not. Critics, however, claim that the bill is inefficient as a whole by wasting time and money moving every officer to trial, and that the officers are being deprived of their 5th Amendment right to face a grand jury, before being formally charged with a crime. This bill will be in effect in January of 2016. Also, another bill, SB411, was signed simultaneously, which allows citizens to record police officers in public places without getting arrested for disordely conduct, obstructing justice, etc. Sources: http://www.latimes.com/local/political/la-me-pc-brown-grand-juries-20150811-story.html http://www.mercurynews.com/crime-courts/ci_28621966/gov-brown-oks-nations-1st-ban-grand-juries http://www.thedailybeast.com/cheats/2015/08/12/gov-brown-no-grand-juries-for-deadly-police.html http://reason.com/blog/2015/08/12/no-more-secret-grand-juries-in-californi

Violence Resumes (again) in Ferguson
If more of these events happen in different cites and different states, martial law will be virtually in effect.

Violence Resumes (again) in Ferguson
Has he pled guilty or was he found guilty at the trial? Also, were there any other outbursts of violence, besides the drive-by and Harris' shooting?
-
Violence Resumes (again) in Ferguson
If Harris survives, he should have a fair trial to determine if the shooting against him was justified or not. On another note, besides the drive-by shooting, has there been any other outbursts of violence? It's kind of sad that the truly peaceful protests in this town are overshadowed by criminals who want to steal, rob, and murder.

Girl commits apparent suicide in jail
While I admittedly do not know much about what really happened, why did the officer ask the woman to put the cigarette away? Also, the officer slammed the woman's head into the ground according to the video transcript.Even though the facts are not all out there yet, if the reports of brutality in the jail were true, then I can see why she committed suicide.
