Police AI shoots gang members on sight? + 24/7 brawls?
Who shot first? I saw one of the Ballas members get shot, but I could not tell who fired the first shot.

California police shooting
Well said, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights emphasizes that the people have the right to know what goes on in their communities.

California police shooting
From the looks of the video, it looks like the suspect was taking his hat off. Maybe that action caused the officer to believe that there was a threat. However, it just seems uncommon for a weapon to be hidden in a hat that someone is wearing. Maybe I am wrong though. Even though I believed that the officer should have just arrested the suspect, he did what he had to do.

Ohio officer refuses to shoot murder suspect who was attempting to be a suicide-by-cop victim
The YouTube link redirects to the same topic we're posting in. Just a heads-up.

Ohio officer refuses to shoot murder suspect who was attempting to be a suicide-by-cop victim
You're right, but the suspect is still being charged with resisting arrest.

Ohio officer refuses to shoot murder suspect who was attempting to be a suicide-by-cop victim
He fell over? From the looks of the video, it looks like the suspect either punched him, or pushed him. Maybe I'm wrong, but it looks that way from the video. If the officer did fall over on his own, I'll change it.

That was two million dollars, but thank you for noticing the mistake.

I agree with that. Crime does not have any color, nor does honor.

Ohio officer refuses to shoot murder suspect who was attempting to be a suicide-by-cop victim
An action like this would usually get no attention from mainstream media, but now, it has been covered. Jesse Kidder, a police officer from Ohio, was responding to a call about a murder suspect in a neighborhood he was patrolling in. In a YouTube video capturing the incident, the suspect was charging towards the officer, yelling,"Kill me!" repeatedly, and even motions reaching for something in his pockets, an action that would mostly result in complete death for the average suspect. Kidder instructed the suspect to keep distance and put his hands up multiple times. The confrontation finally ended when the suspect seems to push the officer, causing him to fall down. After this, the suspect finally puts his hands up, resulting in a complete arrest. Jesse Kidder declared to various news organizations," I wanted to be absolutely sure before I used deadly force," The suspect in the video, one Michael Wilcox, is being charged with 2 counts of murder and resisting arrest. The bond is $2,000,000. Shortly after the affair, Kidder is now being looked up to as a national hero by the public, showing an example of a police officer "restraining" himself from shooting a suspect, until he is absolutely certain that it is necessary to use deadly force. Police Officer Shootout (Body-Cam)
While many of the points in your arguments are based on the straw-man fallacy, I agree with your overall message. If the officers had to shoot, they should shoot. I am just saying that there were other ways to handle the situation.

Police Officer Shootout (Body-Cam)
While the shooting was justified, death could have been prevented if Sergeant Green had either: kept restraining the perp when he was rotated to the right (or left) and then gave the suspect a kick from behind, or just tackled the guy altogether. These officers did what they had to do, but in my opinion, they had the chance to prevent any casualties for all of the parties involved.

Veterans ask Americans to be courteous with fireworks
I am not a veteran, but I understand why veterans are doing this. It worsens PTSD because the fireworks function and look somewhat like an artillery piece or RPG, and they do not want to be reminded of the time their squad got hit by those mortars or RPG-7s.

White Supremacist shoots up church, claims an act to end "white genocide"
Amen brother, but I can understand why many Southern states have flags based off of Confederate flags and landmarks named after Confederate figures. To the South, the Confederacy represents pride and it is also a historical treasure to them.
-
White Supremacist shoots up church, claims an act to end "white genocide"
Good point, but there is a very vocal minority that does make that generalization. The shooting is very tragic and it shows the dangers of white supremacy.

White Supremacist shoots up church, claims an act to end "white genocide"
The shooting is terrible obviously, but many people are blowing the event out of proportion. The psuedo-progressives are painting a picture that communicates that there is some sort of racial bias against minorities. While I do not believe in white supremacy or "white nationalism" in any way shape or form, I also do not believe in trivializing tragedies to push an agenda. There's good and bad in every community, and we have to make sure that the dark side does not become a generalization of the entire community as a whole. With that whole rant out of the way, this shooting shows that Neo-Nazis can still be a very dangerous threat, even if it is a lone wolf. Imagine if a whole organization of these people conducted very similar attacks.

Future LSPDFR suggestions
I have not played the beta of LSPDFR yet, but in the future, I would like to see new concepts that have never been done before in LCPDFR. Suggestions for future major LSPDFR updates: A list of Most Wanted criminals in which the player has to pick a suspect in that list and go to the last known location, similar to Grand Theft Auto IV's "Vigilante" side quests. An actual K9 unit that is programmed into the game without the use of mods.Callouts and events that are related to Border Patrol, San Andreas is based off of California after all.More emphasis on NOOSE (Large shootouts, hostage situations, raids on contraband, apprehending a suspect with a warrant, etc.)The option to raid certain buildings to arrest suspects or gather evidence.Have gang-related callouts.Undercover missions.Sniper roles for FIB, NOOSE, and IAA. The purpose of the sniper is to observe how dangerous a situation is going to turn out.Expansion of frisking and vehicle searching. (For frisking: Stolen property, drugs, and weapons) (For vehicles: Drugs, weapons, and stolen property,)Callouts related to some type of theft (Burglary, shoplifting, robbery, and pickpocketing)Random events while on patrolALPR systemA feature that checks the speed of vehicles while on patrolDrug-related callouts (Smuggling, drug deals, etc.)More things to do while driving a police boat (Save a drowning citizen, pursue illegal immigrants, catch drug smugglers, pull over other boats, etc.)Protest and riot related events and callouts.Riot control police optionBreathalyzer option (Both during a traffic stop and on foot)An option during traffic stops to ask for ID, registration, and proof of insurance.Random acts of police brutalityWhen checking for ID, have "Invalid" and "No license" results as well as "Expired" and "Revoked"Escort missionsPrank call resultsMore functions in checkpoints. In short, realistic DUI checkpoints with searches and breathalyzers.

Patriot Act About to Expire
Tomorrow at midnight, the Patriot ACT, signed shortly after 9/11 will expire, which makes most of the powers given to law enforcement and the government defined in the bill null and void. Personally, I think this is a step in the right direction because the Patriot ACT was unconstitutional in the first place. http://www.cnn.com/2015/05/30/politics/what-happens-if-the-patriot-act-provisions-expire/

Modern Conservatism
Conservative or not, what do you think of conservatism today? By modern conservatism, I mean groups like the GOP or the Tea Party. You can also talk about conservative idea and positions. Personally, I dislike both groups because they're both not for the people, they are funded by corporations that only want profit and don't care about anything else, but that is just my opinion. I welcome all and any dissent.

Should prostitution be Legal?
Okay, I retract my statement about human trafficking. However, some people (emphasis on "some") can't get jobs that are "better choices." They can't get these jobs because of economic situations, desperation, or way of life. Secondly, when prostitution becomes legalized, there would be better health incentives, such as extended testing of STDs and drug use or monitoring the cleanliness of facilites where prostitution is involved in. Legalizing prostitution would also prohibit street prostitution, which women in the latter have high chance of contracting STDs or drug abuse.
-
Should prostitution be Legal?
I support legalized prostitution. First reason is that it reduces crimes such as human trafficking. The other reason is that for some people, there are no other opportunities to make a living, and I support the right for people to make their living however they please. It does not objectify women, it can help those who do not have any other way.

California University Bans American Flag
So? He has a right to speak his honest mind. I fully understand dedication to the American flag as it is a symbol to the nation. However, he has a right to free speech, so he can criticize many types of issues. You have the right to do the same thing as well. What we all agree on in these articles is that this proposal to ban any flag is against our First Amendment rights of freedom of expression.
-
California University Bans American Flag
You're absolutely right, but you should not assume that someone who says the flag is just a piece of cloth is an ignorant fool and even if he is ignorant, he is entitled to his opinion. Don't get me wrong, I am against this "no-flag" resolution. The meaning of the flag is up to interpretation by everyone.
-
California University Bans American Flag
Symbolically, our flag represents our struggles, rights, and integrity. In the end though, it is still a piece of cloth.I support carrying the flag, waving the flag, burning the flag, you name it, as long as no one harms anyone else as a result.
