keep getting   Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus  and i have stream! i dont even see a ragehook log.

You can try running the game as administrator as well as going into your windows firewall and adding the GTA V folder as a malware exclusion. Do this for any other anti-virus software you have as well.

I actually meant try running RPH as admin instead of GTA V as a whole, my bad.

i know just tried and the same thing. even turned off my firewall and still always the same thing. been like this for me for 2 months. i think rockstar found a way to block ragehook. even my volume is very low when i start ragehook up. starting the game regularly it works just fine. i can even put in different car mods. just ragehook or lspdfr something is giving it a error. i cant even start a log! wierd right

They said somewhere that the best way to get help with the plugin is their Discord server because they aren't on the forums that much. I have gone in there myself and they know what they are doing, I think it would be worth a shot. Rockstar for sure didn't block it though because I just got through playing for an hour or two session. There has to be another underlying reason for it.
