Launching the game with RPH I get to the "populating game world" message and then the game crashes. Naturally thinking something is wrong with my mods folder, I changed the name of it to "_mods" so nothing would load up from it. I tried to load up the game once again and the game still crashed at that message. Frustrated, I launched the game through steam and not RPH to see if even that would work and it starts up perfectly. I'm thinking at this point the issue is RPH but I have the latest one they have put out. I'm lost as to what to do now. 

 

The only mods I have installed are LSPDFR and GTA5 Redux. Any help would be appredciated.

Okay, doing some more troubleshooting it gets even more strange. I am able to launch the game through steam, load all the way into the game, then afterwards launch RPH and have it hook the game instance perfectly. I was even able to go on duty and everything. So there seems to be an issue with RPH loading the game itself vs having the game already being loaded and it just hooking the game instance.

Still troubleshooting this issue that I'm having, and not having much luck. I completely deleted my mods folder and reinstalled LSPDFR + RPH and it still won't load up the game on it's own. Really at a loss of what to do with it at this point.
