You have an error in your xml file. On line 8 you currently have a closing tag instead of an opening tag...

 

Currently, you have  

    </VehicleSirenSetup>
		<VehicleModel>POLICE2< /VehicleModel>

but it should be: 

    <VehicleSirenSetup>
		<VehicleModel>POLICE2< /VehicleModel>

Please try the attached file instead, where I've made the correction for you:

    You basically broke the XML formatting. You accidentally added spaces where they shouldn't be, and added closing tags instead of opening tags etc... It's worth reading into XML in order to understand it if you're going to be editing it alot.
