Essentially all of my mods work perfectly, and gameplay is amazing. Except for one thing. Pursuits. My pursuits never go above 10-15mph. The suspect vehicle constantly stops at 15mph and refuses to go above it, even on the highway. Is there a setting in a common mod that is doing this or is my game just super bugged??

Do you have any type of speed limiter?  or any type of traffic control mod that might be active?

I had traffic controller installed and removed it so that fixed my pursuits with other vehicles. Now it's just my backup units in pursuits or like a burglary in progress, they keep stuttering. Just stopping and going, stopping and going.

 Double check all of your trainers and make sure "police ignore player" or "player is invisible" or any option similar is disabled.

Also if you have the (Keep Calm - Reduce AI panic attacks when shots are fired) script in your game I have found this to affect my game during pursuits.

Dude you are a god among men hahaha I had the "ignored by everyone" option selected and it fixed it. Thank you so much.

I do have that but when I turned off that other option it fixed it instantly. Thanks for the help :D
