The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Could not load file or assembly 'PoliceRadio, Version=0.55.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

i have the police radio program in that location and it will not load could it be the road block mod possibly blocking it ?

You didn't follow the directions. That mod goes in \plugins\LSPDFR and activates when going on duty.

Your albo1125.common file is incompatible with the newest GTA V and RPH update. You will have to wait until he releases an update before it will work again. Also, you have to put the Police Radio files inside of the LSPDFR folder in the screenshot. Should be GTA V > Plugins > LSPDFR and then place there.
