This is just a simple skin I whipped up in some spare time. I realize I have been away from the community for a while, so I figured I'd come back with a brand new custom skin. It is not based off of anything but my imagination and what I think a new style of car would look good as. 1. Try turning it to false, preloading all models can eat up your ram, and if you only have 4gb it may not be enough
  2. You have the exact same setup as I do, except I have 16GB or ram. Possibly upgrade your ram. Are you using the PreloadAllModels?
  3. I was having this issue too, make sure you are running GTA IV in compatibility mode. This should fix the issue.
  4. See I told you it was the cars lol. I'm glad you got it all fixed without a full reinstall or anything.
  5. I really like this lighting setup. Would be great to have a prisoner transport without lights all over the top of it, also could be great with a plain black skin for undercover operations such as bait car.
  6. Notice he said that it is strictly for learning purposes and doesn't expect it to ever be in the game.
  7. Did you replace your car models?
  8. You always want to run the advanced hook file from LCPDFR. I have personally never encountered a car pack that included and advanced hook file, but the fact that they did means that they have changed something from the initial one from LCPDFR, or it may not be the same one at all. To me it looks like (after reading that giant log) your issues all tend to be car related. I would say try switching out your cars, and replace the advancehook with the one from LCPDFR. Also, what are you trying to do when the game crashes?
  9. Not a problem, feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.
  10. Im not positive, as every BIOS is different. That wasn't pon the website, thats just from my general knowledge. It should be under like memory or something along those lines.
  11. I don't think you can change the dedicated video memory. U should be able to change the shared memory though, which would allocate some of your regular memory to help out the video memory.
  12. From the ASUS website. You can access the BIOS from the boot screen using a specific keyboard combination. Turn on the computer or click "Start," point to "Shut Down" and then click "Restart." Press "Del" when the ASUS logo appears on the screen to enter the BIOS.
  13. Have you tried removing your modded cars?
  14. Yea, I have had the same issue for a very long time. I just gave up on a fix and do without.
  15. Try getting rid of Bravehearts policing script. I have noticed many issues with it in the past, especially relating to LCPDFR 1.0 and 1.1. If you want a more immersive callout system, you could always add in Callouts+ by LukeD http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/5017-callouts/ Bravehearts script unfortunately wasnt made to work with 1.0 or 1.1
  16. Love this mod. So nice to no longer be the only unmarked unit out there driving around.
  17. It looks good, but I would change "County Police" to "County Sheriff" the Sheriff has to do with the county, the police is usually a municipal agency.
  18. I had both of those installed previously. I had to unistall both of them and reinstall them, since the repair option would not add the files for some odd reason.
  19. So I seem to be missing some .dll files. I can't figure out where I went wrong. I had to do a factory reset of my computer after being away for some time, and now I can't get it to work. I found a classic Ineseri post, and downloaded all of the links he always posts. I also checked the forums for similar problems, found one, no solution. That was back in January though. I have included my LCPDFR diagnostic log file. Diagnostics_22.6.2015_19_31_11.log
  20. My biggest pet peeve ever is that stupid fucking straws at Panda Express. Like seriously? I get a large cup, and this straw that's thinner than a pencil, not to mention when fully inserted into the cup, only sticks out of the lid about a centimeter.... HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO USE THIS AND GET ALL OF THE LIQUID OUT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Other ones: -Cruising in the left lane... There's three lanes on the I-5 interstate, GET OVER! -People that try to race me off the line at a red light only to get in front of me and slam on their brakes to make a turn -People who purposefully take 20+ items through the 12 items or less express lane.... Yea you, you know you're and asshole. -Screaming kids in a nice restaurant... I'm not talking about like Olive Garden, but if I'm paying $50+ for a meal, make your kid stop wailing. -People who follow me at 100+ mph down back roads, to pull up next to me in the on-coming lane and tell me to slow down. -People who tell me that they love the product that I'm selling, and they would buy it if they had the money, and then drive across the parking lot to go to McDonald's... -Hipsters.... I can't tell if you people are homeless or not... Also, if you are not homeless, you could at least shower daily so you don't smell like them too. -Liberals... Guns are bad, cops are bad, freedom, blah blah blah... Do you morons realize that guns and cops are what keep you free? -People who ask a question they already know the answer to. If you know the answer, then don't ask the question you dick... -People who are mean and rude for no reason at all, just because I say "Hi, how are you today?" doesn't mean I want you to buy my product, I was just asking a simple question. "Fuck off asshole." is not an appropriate response, unless we are on a New York subway platform. -Selfies, Duck face selfies, twitter, facebook, instagram, tumblr, google+, and so on. These will be the downfall of our society. I DO NOT care what you had for lunch, where you are, who you are dating, or anything else. Don't tag me, don't talk to me. I DO NOT CARE!!!! -Blaring car stereos at red lights... Turn off the 2 Chains or roll your windows up. -Giant spinning rims on classic cars. Saw a '67 Challenger the other day on 30" spinners... Do I need to say more? I will leave it at that for now...
  21. I really like the idea of a traffic adviser underneath the trunk instead of in the rear window. I also feel like you need some sort of push bumper.
  22. Here's the one thing I wanna know about the entire incident. When the Washington post reported on this incident, they included one line that was absolutely unnecessary. "and a white reserve deputy sheriff shot and killed an unarmed black man, apparently by accident." Why does it matter if the cop was white and the criminal was black? Would they have also put that exactly the same if it was the other way around? (i.e. and a black reserve deputy sheriff shot and killed an unarmed white man, apparently by accident." No, they wouldn't. This is the kind of shitty reporting that causes things like the murders of two NYPD officers while they sat in their car. Yea, this shouldn't have happened. If you don't know the difference between a gun and a taser, go home. In my eyes, reserve deputies do not "play cop." They are police officers just like a paid deputy. Same training, same risk. So to say things like "real deputies," makes you look ignorant and disrespectful. A reserve deputy serves and can also die just like any other deputy out there. This happened about 1 1/2 years ago out here in Oregon City http://www.opb.org/news/article/oregon-city-reserve-officer-dies-/. It's the heat of the moment, adrenaline pumping, things go wrong. I'm glad they are holding him accountable, but also then again, if the suspect doesn't run from them, all this never happens. So the blame falls both ways on this one. Just another unfortunate event in the ongoing battle between law enforcement and the public.
  23. Yea, he passed away in August of last year due to cardiac arrest. He was 29 years old.
  24. Please install LCPD:FR v1.1 as 1.0 is no longer the most recent. May help solve your issue.
