  1. I've been waiting to play LCPDFR for almost 2 years now. I simply cannot run it on this pile of shit I call a laptop. Those of you that can run the game ought-to be grateful.
  2. If only I could run LCPDFR...
  3. Made me chuckle lol. Welcome buddy!
  4. I recently contacted Rockstar Support because I was constantly being placed into a GTA Online session alone. I am not the only person having this issue, this is what Rockstar Support said. I'm sure that the issue I'm facing has to do with my port forwarding, which I don't have a damned clue as to what the hell that even is. I tried following the guide Rockstar Support has provided, but it's just too confusing, especially for someone who's new to all this. Is anyone familiar with what this even means?
  5. Who the hell needs pornography when you've got this? Hell yea!!!!
  6. Hopefully one day acts of kindness won't be seen as something unique, because they will happen more often.
  7. Well I'll be damned lol. Looks like that suggestion was blown into the water. Thanks for the insight though.
  8. Awww :(. Would you say that a project like this is impossible?
  9. Yes, because most of the points I've made in the OP are already in the game somehow. Locked character customization, shouldn't be that hard I don't think. Locked vehicles, the selection would work just like it does now, except that some of the vehicles would be locked and not select-able. The experience and ranking system may be the difficult part, not sure how that would work. The cash shouldn't be too hard, just create a script to give the player money as a daily "paycheck". Weapon purchasing could work just like the gun shop. Maybe a Police gun shop in the station.
  10. I agree, of course someone with actual modding knowledge can go more in-depth on how everything would work. I was just laying out the basics of how the mod should work, but I agree. Edit: If I knew how to code I'd create a mod like this immediately, but I don't have a clue about modding GTA lol.
  11. I've been thinking of ways LCPDFR could become more diverse in gameplay, and I came up with an idea. I'm not sure if anyone else has already proposed this suggestion, but I was thinking of something along the lines of an LCPDFR Officer Career Modification. What this modification would do is allow you to create an officer at any Police station as you usually would, select a partner if wanted, and select the standard Vapid Cruiser (Police 1 slot). I will go over some of the implements in depth below. Character creation screen will only appear once, you will be locked to that character for added realism. (With the option to reset) As you make arrests, give citations, and assist the people of Liberty City, you gain experience and cash. As you gain experience, you unlock vehicles, weapons, armor, and even the ability to be assigned your own partner. As you gain cash, you can use this cash to purchase weapons, purchase a new uniform, purchase armor, upgrade Police cruisers, etc. Starting the mod, you will begin as a standard uniformed officer. No partner, a nightstick and glock, and the standard Vapid Cruiser. As you gain experience and cash you will be able to purchase a new vehicle, purchase weapons, purchase visible armor, and request partner assistance. Beginning officers will only be able to take certain call-outs. As you rank up, your uniform will begin to have visible ranks on it. Beginning officers can only call in regular backup. As you rank up, you can begin to call in paramedics, fire department, a chopper, and even a noose team. Beginning officers can only take certain call-outs. As you rank up, you can take more dangerous and deadly call-outs. Hurting other officers, breaking basic laws, and traffic violations will decrease your experience level. Has anyone thought of creating a mod like this? Would it be challenging to create this?
  12. Explosive diarrhea is quite the experience to endure I suppose.
  13. FUCK YEAA!!!!!! MURICA!!!! On a more serious note, this debt isn't an international issue, really.
  14. $17 Trillion, in which most of it is owed to the American people.
  15. I just want to make clear before any debating begins that the United States does not owe $17 Trillion to China. That's retarded and doesn't make any sense. The United States owes less than $1 Trillion of it's debt to China. So please for the love of Jesus Christ the savior, don't say that the US owes $17 Trillion to China. It's completely ignorant.
  16. I think that both tea and coffee are absolutely disgusting. Though If I HAD to choose, I'd go with coffee.
  17. I'm certain GTA V will be modifiable upon it's inevitable PC release.
  18. I'm sure their lives are complete. I still don't even know what a Steam Level is lol.
  19. And this is what pisses me off. They have the resources, but they don't care enough to.
  20. But this starts to become a problem when service is out for days. Those of us on Xbox PAY for Xbox Live, and each day we lose is money down the toilet, which is why this can't just be tossed to the side and ignored. If this keeps happening, it's going to piss a lot of people off.
