  1. Such a tragedy, though this should be expected in these countries.
  2. And for others, killing them would significantly increase the well-being of the room, which I've wanted to do so badly at times lol. But fortunately we have law and order, and I have a bit of self control.. lol.
  3. No, though that's what God commands. Christianity is a very contradictory religion as far as what the bible commands, God commands, and Jesus Christ's actions when on Earth. This is where Christianity splits into several branches. Catholic, Protestant, Baptist, Lutheran, etc. The bible is an assortment of stories and first-hand encounters with Jesus Christ written by followers. With that being said, the bible can't necessarily be considered the "Law of Christianity"; Unless it's what Jesus Christ says directly. As far as my belief goes, no. I don't believe in murdering people, unless it significantly increases the well-being of the planet.
  4. I hear that Australia is very diverse and equal on the basis of religion, is this true?
  5. I'm mixed on my religious faith at the moment. I've been a Christian up until a few months ago, when I began to question my faith and the reality of Christianity. At the moment I do consider myself a Christian, but I'm a bit uneasy about it.
  6. This is correct. It does make sense, otherwise I doubt Christianity and Judaism would still be around, and still be among the most influential religions on the entire planet. If you do not understand, do some research on it. I'm not here to debate Christian and Jewish philosophy.
  7. I can sense your anger (Star Wars reference lol). I don't understand why you appear to be getting so angry and irritated. Is it because I am consistently disagreeing with your opinion? My purpose here isn't to start a flame-war, my purpose is to expose the fact that the Qu'ran commands Muslims to kill and terrorize non-believers, as I've been saying all night. You've also just proved my point with the bolded statement above. :) You can't really use Christianity as an example when compared to Islam, as Jay has already stated.
  8. Your example is invalid, because the bible doesn't command Christians to kill innocent people, so your example would probably never happen lol. I wouldn't say that I'm stubborn, I'd say that I have very strong views on the subject. I also addressed those quotes from the bible, which you clearly haven't read my comment on as usual. Seems like with you you pick and choose which comments you want to read and agree with. It's not just you though, its a lot of others participating in this discussion. They pick and choose what they want to read, what they want to argue about, and dismiss anything else. This is why the debate can never end, because people don't address the entire argument. When someone disagrees with your point, then it's up to you to defend your point. Just giving up and accepting defeat so miserably doesn't make your opinion appear to have any value.
  9. Because the bible is clearly differentiated between two modern day separate religions. The Qu'ran only applies to Islam, if I'm not mistake, which I may be.
  10. This is why I say that you can't generalize the entire bible to represent Christianity. Each of these verses you've posted are from the Old Testament, which is before Jesus Christ. Christians believe in both the Old Testament and the New Testament, but follow the New Testament. Judaism follows only the Old Testament. This is the difference in Christianity and Judaism, so please don't take verses from the Old Testament and apply it to all of Christianity, because that just simply isn't true. Jesus Christ taught contradictory to what the Old Testament said. If anything, you're representing Judaism with these verses, not Christianity. This is actually kinda funny now. You make comments and agree with other people, but because of your own ignorance you refrain from posting anything further than what you've already been proven wrong on.
  11. I'm going to go play some video games. Those of you that feel the need to continue to debate with me, don't expect a response for a few hours.
  12. I agree with everything but this, as it's an opinionated subject separate from this one.
  13. Thank you for the link, though this can be an entirely separate discussion on how Muslims "aren't taking enough action" to stop the spread of Islamic terror. The interesting part about your opinion is that you disregard mine. You ignore my arguments and announce yours as though I never said anything. You still have yet to address MY arguments, and I've addressed yours several times in different discussions.
  14. Well first off I don't appreciate you calling my opinion bull shit. Secondly, can you provide and sources or quotes from the bible commanding Christians to persecute or murder those who GO AGAINST IT'S TEACHINGS? I don't care about anything else. My point here is that the Qu'ran commands Muslims to murder non-believers. The bible does not. Everything else I'm not here to debate about. You hold your opinion high yet you still provide no strong defense? I'm still waiting for you to provide a valid defense for Islam.
  15. I've lost what you're trying to say with the first part of your post. Since you haven't really put up much of a wall in defense, you say that you're a Muslim? Why do you not speak out against terrorism and murder? Why do you not stand up for your beliefs and say that what these terror groups are doing is wrong? Why don't you publicly disassociate yourself from these terrorists? Why haven't Muslims stood up and declared themselves separate from ISIS, or these terror groups? Almost every world issue that I can think of involves Islam in some shape or form. Popularity in religion is dying, and most importantly, popularity in Islam.
  16. Well for one I disagree with your initial statement, because that isn't always the case. People don't do evil just for the hell of it, there's always a reason, be it a good or bad reason. 5:33 Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment, 4:95 Not equal are those believers remaining [at home] - other than the disabled - and the mujahideen, [who strive and fight] in the cause of Allah with their wealth and their lives. Allah has preferred the mujahideen through their wealth and their lives over those who remain [behind], by degrees. And to both Allah has promised the best [reward]. But Allah has preferred the mujahideen over those who remain [behind] with a great reward -
  17. We aren't talking about 1,000 years ago, we're talking about here and now. You still have yet to provide a clear and logical defense against my argument.
  18. Though what percentage of Christians and Jews run amok beheading, murdering, raping, torturing, innocent people? What percentage of Christians and Jews crash planes into towers and kill 3,000 people? What percentage of Christians and Jews blow up a car and kill 20 school children? What percentage of Christians and Jews steal 200 Nigerian school girls and sell them off into human trafficking? As I've already stated several times before in a separate topic, the Qu'ran strictly tells Muslims to KILL ANYONE THAT GOES AGAINST THE TEACHINGS OF ISLAM. Christianity does NOT order Christians to kill those who go against it. This is the problem I have with Islam, and so does the majority of the developed world. Interpretation is irrelevant when compared to whats LITERALLY written in the book itself! Christians are supposed to spread the word of Christ, and accept those who reject it. Islam tells it's followers to TERRORIZE and MURDER those who go against it. This is the difference in Islam and Christianity. It's amazing how regardless the number of times I throw this argument out there, nobody ever has a defense against it. They continue with the same "Not all of them are terrorists" argument which has no value after a certain point. Nobody has yet to correctly address me when I state that the Qu'ran COMMANDS Muslims to murder and terrorize.
  19. An estimated 15,000 people in the east German city of Dresden turned out to march against the “Islamization of the West” Monday night, with protesters demanding an overhaul of the country’s immigration system. The demonstration, organized by a far-right populist group, is the largest of its kind since such protests began in the city in October, according to to Deutsche Welle. Demonstrators marched through the city carrying German flags and banners with slogans such as “protect our homeland,” “zero tolerance towards criminal asylum seekers” and “no Sharia law in Europe.” The crowds also chanted “we are the people,” evoking the slogan adopted by protesters against the East German government ahead of the fall of the Berlin Wall, reported the Guardian. Organizers have sought to emphasize that their criticisms are focused on the country’s refugee policy, but their opponents have labeled them Nazis and a counter-protest of 9,000 people also took to the streets calling for greater tolerance. http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/thousands-march-in-germany-anti-islamization-protests/ar-BBgRXHN?ocid=ansIntBusinessTimes11 I somewhat agree with these marches, as do quiet a few others. "Islam is a danger to all free people of the world and the German people know it." "Maybe the Germans have it right this time." "Respect to Germany. They read the writing on the wall while American decision makers see the writing but can't read it due to their blinding political correctness." "Lets all go to any islamic country and try to practice our "ways"." "Islam is not a religion that anyone should be tolerant towards. If Germany can keep them out of their country they should. Islam is teaching falsely and from what I have seen and heard they teach evil. I will expose any false teaching that God's Word says is false. The big issue between Islam and other tales teaching is the brutality that is associated with Islam. Every country must not allow shira law. Let me be clear. What I hate is what the Word of God says to hate and that is sin and false teaching. Those that have rejected Christ and they are those that add or take away from the Word of God I pray they will seek the Truth ." The comments go on and on.
  20. Hence the anti-Islam marches in Germany? I don't recommend you generalize Europe as a whole dude. http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/thousands-march-in-germany-anti-islamization-protests/ar-BBgRXHN?ocid=ansIntBusinessTimes11
  21. This is where political correctness steps into play in defending the actions of blatant terrorism. Why haven't any Muslims stepped up and publicly said that they disagree with the actions of these terror groups? Why aren't Muslims taking to the streets in protest against ISIS and terrorism? Where are the "peaceful" Muslims? Why aren't they speaking out against terrorism? Maybe the silently agree? Maybe they condone to the actions of ISIS on a more low-key manner? Questions that are consistently asked, but never answered. However the main difference between Christianity and Islam is the sense of generalization in Islam. Allah commands it's followers to terrorize and murder those who do evil or go against the teachings of Allah. What can we consider to be evil? What can we consider contradictory to the teachings of Allah? In Christianity, God tells us to spread the word of Christ. Create miracles, help people, help your enemies, love one another, spread happiness. If the teachings of Christ are rejected, do not force Christianity upon them; walk away. The difference between Christianity and Islam, is that Christianity doesn't force it's belief on others, and those who do are WRONG. There is also a difference in the Bible, the entire Bible can't be associated with Christianity. Christians believe in the old testament, but follow the teachings of the new testament, after the birth of Jesus Christ. Judaism is accorded to the old testament, which is where Judaism and Christianity share their differences. Nowhere in the Bible does it tell Christians to force Christianity on the general public. It says to spread the word peacefully, and accept those who deny it. The Qu'ran tells Muslims to spread the word of Islam, and force it on those who reject it.
  22. I understand your views, but they're not even remotely close to the point I'm trying to make. The discussion here isn't about Judaism, Christianity, or any religion other than Islam; I was just using them as an example to reinforce my statement of Christianity being the base of the developed world, explaining why Christians aren't the typical group for committing terrorism. I also noticed that you went way off topic from what I was originally discussing. My purpose here is to propose that Islam is not a religion of peace, simply because of what the Qu'ran orders it's followers to do. The developed world is seen as evil in the eyes of Muslims, explaining why the developed world is a constant target of terrorism. When was the last time there was an Islamic related terrorist attack in Zimbabwe? Central African Republic? Brazil? Mexico? Myanmar? Indonesia?
  23. I have no peanut butter in my kitchen, LOL. Guess I'll just have to make a jelly sandwich. (Gross)
  24. I agree. If a crazy ran up inside of my child's classroom and killed him, I'm sure I'd be pissed, sad, wanting someone to blame, wondering why the school wasn't prepared, why law enforcement didn't get there on time, etc. It's common human emotion, and it's to be expected, especially with the loss of a loved one so young.
  25. HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — The families of nine people killed in the Newtown school massacre filed a lawsuit against the maker and sellers of the Bushmaster AR-15 rifle used in the shooting, saying the gun should not have been sold for civilian use because of its overwhelming firepower. The lawsuit alleging wrongful death and negligence was filed in state court and announced on Monday — the day after the second anniversary of the shooting, which left 20 children and six educators dead and became a rallying point for gun-control efforts. http://news.yahoo.com/families-newtown-victims-sue-gunmaker-seller-141435892.html
