If I understand correctly, you're replacing two different peds with the same ped model? I'm not too sure about modding, but that may be the reason. If you want to completely remove a ped from the game, you can do so by deleting that ped through OpenIV. This will prevent the ped from spawning into the game, as this is what I did to remove the fat cops.

As Illusionary said, this is usually the result of a modified ped file. From my experience, this usually means that there is something wrong with that ped model. To confirm this, I'd recommend using the default peds and seeing if the problem persists. If you only get this problem with modded peds, then it's the ped model. If you get this problem with both modded and the default peds, I'm not sure. I'm also not entirely sure of the specifics, I suck at this kind of stuff; but it does sound like a problem with your peds. So to sum up everything I've said: Revert back to default peds, see if the problem persists. If it doesn't continue, it's the modded peds. If it does continue, I'm not sure.

You're putting words in my mouth. I didn't say that racism was different in Canada, I'm saying that history is different. Reading comprehension is an important skill to have.

You live in Canada, nothing you say holds any value in this particular discussion. The USA and Canada are completely different countries with completely different history. I don't see the logic in comparing Black Canadians to Black Americans. What you say may be true in Canada, but it certainly isn't true in America. Unless you've lived in America, anything you say is irrelevant because the discussion is on Black AMERICANS. Not Black Canadians.

This is the problem here. The Black community is having serious issues as far as efficient parenting is concerned. I can explain why the Black community is having such an issue, but that's a completely different discussion. In addition, it's also a lot to explain and includes a concept. Racism exists everywhere in every community. It's not just White people. As far as the Black community is concerned, it's as a result of bad parenting. What a lot of people don't know is that most Blacks above the ages of 50 are absolutely ashamed of what the Black community has become. I am a Christian, so we have these discussions in church sometimes. Based on my experiences in church, the older Black community is not happy at all. Now the cause for these issues in the Black community is music. Even more specifically, rap. I can't think of a single Black leader alive in the United States today, other than Barack Obama. Then again, even Obama can't be considered a Black leader because he's a political leader, not a racial leader. There are no Black leaders that are preaching equality, diversity, progression. The only "Black leaders" we have are Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Two Chainz. These rappers rap about drugs, sex, money, White people and racism, killing other Blacks. I think you can understand where I'm going with this...

As a Black American myself, I agree to an extent. I disagree that most Blacks are as you described above, but I do agree that quite a significant amount of Blacks are. This has a lot to do with bad parenting within our community. There's actually history that follows up to the mess we call the Black community today. The cause WAS White oppression back then, and to say that racism was never an issue is extremely ignorant, almost bordering retarded. The fault falls on Whites for keeping Blacks in a poverty stricken status over history, and the fault falls on Blacks for giving up and wanting everything for free due to bad parenting. When Whites thrived, Blacks suffered. When Whites became wealthy, Blacks remained the same. When Whites were hit by the Great Depression, Black opportunity was virtually murdered. That's all changed today, but history does play a large role in the Black community that we have today. This is as ignorant as it gets. At least Steele provided valid and sensible arguments and points to reinforce his opinion. You appear to be just another ignorant that believes all Black people are racist, all Black people want social security, all Black people want welfare, all Black people want food stamps. Blacks come from a time period where they looked at a White person the wrong way, they'd have a rope out around there neck, have their face mutilated, and be hanged from a tree; in the middle of the street. Then Whites would come and take family photos with the hanging body as if it were some sort of joke or game. Maybe things were different in Canada, but as beautiful as America is, it's had its dark moments in history. The Blacks you see on TV are the very minority that sit around and don't do jack shit to help themselves. The working Black community is ashamed of it, and we wish that you'd stop combining the communities and saying that all or even MOST Blacks are as you see on TV or the Internet. To imply that Asians were treated worse than Blacks is asinine. What number of Asians were hanged in the middle of the street when compared to Blacks? What number of Asians were whipped across the face for not bringing in 100 pounds of cotton by dawn? What number of Asian women were raped, and had their children sold off to be raised as a future slave? What number of Asians were charged by racist cops with nightsticks? How many times was the National Guard called in to help Asian children walk peacefully to school without being lynched? How many times were Asians sprayed by the fire department for peacefully protesting on the side of the road for EQUAL RIGHTS? Not many I'd assume right? No, it wasn't only Blacks that faced harsh racism and discrimination in America, but the country was more than 90% White and 9% Black. Blacks got the shit end of the deal, and to say that they didn't is not only ignorance of history, but sheer stupidity. The question isn't WHY Some Blacks still hold a grudge against Whites, that's completely obvious. The question is HOW can the Black community overcome history? I can't trace my family any farther past my Great x2 grandmother. I can't even trace where I'm actually From. Which that's not really an issue, I'd much rather be considered an American over any potential African nation.

I'm just waiting for the Police to fire live rounds into the crowds. Maybe that'll help ease the rioting. These people believe that trashing their own communities is going to cause the world to give a shit. For those of you not residing in the United States, yes, this is still going on. Two officers were shot in front of the Feeguson Police Department Earlier today, Thursday. One officer was shot in the face, another was shot in the shoulder. Both were taken to a hospital conscious, but Police Chief Jon Belmer said their injuries were serious. He refused to provide any additional details. Marciay Pitchford, 20, was among the protesters outside the police department. She told The Associated Press the protest had been mostly peaceful until she heard the shots ring out. "I saw the officer go down and the other police officers drew their guns while other officers dragged the injured officer away," Pitchford said. "All of a sudden everybody started running or dropping to the ground." Belmar said the shots were fired from across the street from the police department. So if you still don't understand what's going on here, people are still pissed at the shooting of Michael Brown. For 360 you're required to manually allow LCPDFR to run. Then you must allow the LCPDFR Diagnostics tool to run. Norton 360 sees it as a threat, which is completely understandable. I'd rather be overprotected than under protected :D
