  1. Depends, some mods require more resources some do not.
  2. It should be a text file saying scripthookdotnet lcpdfr logs are generated with the diagnostic tool
  3. Wow. Just imagine gta V in IV. Niko wandering the countryside saying "so this is what the dream feels like"
  4. A good 30~35 fps depending on amount of mods you put in
  5. What I'm wondering is how the GTA V mod will fit into the GTA IV map :/
  6. If you mean the taser cannot be activated... try this link: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  7. Are these the correct logs?
  8. Okay, tell me what graphic settings you will be using in game. We can't determine that only with resolution. You can have 800x600 but max out reflection, shadows, etc. That won't work.
  9. city - 120 highway - 25 lol pure chaos
  10. oooo escaped convict that would be awesome
  11. Lol said the boy who cried wolf
  12. You are able to play lcpdfr... kinda.... then just go with it. Maybe this crashing problem is normal for your computer. List your specs here.
  13. I've tried everything. Still crashes upon generating a log file.
  14. 800x600 should be fine. Reflection and view distance kills the most fps.
  15. use openiv, find the name of the desired cop model, find the names of the four other undesired cop models, replace the undesired ones by renaming the one you want to the ones you don't want. Example: I want noose pilot, but I don't want noose and traffic cop 1. copy the noose pilot files elsewhere with open iv 2. rename that noose pilot file you copied to noose (or traffic cop, whichever one you want to do first) 3. put the renamed file back into open iv 4. repeat steps 2 and 3
  16. Why can't you update? Are you running a cracked version of the game? If the update thing pops up, just update it. Maybe you need to update the game itself and not just windows LIVE? https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/200145406-Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Patch-7-Title-Update-v-1-0-7-0-English-1-0-6-1-Russian-1-0-5-2-Japanese-
  17. My guess is low settings. I don't think you will be able to run it "fast"
  18. Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update the game to 1.0.7.0 Try running the game as admin Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Install these: http://www.microsoft...9f-b21f31ab88b7, http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632, http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
  19. I tried to quote the serious note but the meme just had to stick along. Lol. The best thing about 1.0 for me is the pursuits :( I'll use f8 and hope the ai is better
  20. Try doing it over again. Sometimes happens to me when I reinstall. Keep trying, it worked for me eventually.
  21. Maybe that's why it's called hardcore! Your player becomes useless and you gotta do extra work xD
  22. what do you mean by "Could you please share the details the "XXX has stopped working" dialog provides?" Where can I get this dialog? It just says the diagnostic tool has stopped working windows is lookin for a solution.
  23. What did the error message say? Try using openiv. I personally like that one better. Make sure you run it as admin too.
  24. You can download the Simple Native Trainer from here: http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/simple-trainer-version-65-f2115 This trainer is the most helpful thing I have :)
