  1. Make sure you run the game as administrator and update to 1.0.7.0
  2. I made it in After Effects, I can probably make one for you if you provide me with a picture that you want animated, if you want a specific light pattern you will have to provide a link to a video.
  3. You can use the horizontal rule to indicate that the next part of a post is a different thing {hr} (replace {&} with [&]) Some good videos, however do something about the phone! you can open the phone menu, go to settings? and enable sleep mode or you can use a setting in Simple Native Trainer to do the same.
  4. Since it is just doubling the render dimensions I can just add a setting in that modifies the screen positioning of the text.
  5. In your Grand Theft Auto IV\scripts folder you should have FirstResponse.ini in that you should have this: [XGWEBSERVICES] '//---------------------------------------------------- '//The following are values which relate to XGWEB '//---------------------------------------------------- Services|Enabled = True '//Toggles LCPD Real time crime statistics. Services|Username = USER NAME Services|Password = YOUR PASSWORD Fill out or add the Services|Username & Services|Password feilds. Edit: Break beat me to it.
  6. The results of the G17 IV Diagnostics
  7. Remove either xlive.dll or dsound.dll you can only have one. Didn't read the entire post, hold on. Can you post the results shown when clicking the More Information button.
  8. I can have a look at fixing this in the next version but I do not have a powerful enough computer to test beyond 1024*768, can you post an image so I can see the exact problem.
  9. I found the problem, for now move the SpeedFormat = KMH to the [sETTINGS] section of the ini and that will fix it. And thanks.
  10. In your GTA IV folder you should have either dsound.dll or xlive.dll if you have both delete one.
  11. You can repair the car by using the ScriptHook.net console, press ~ and type heal and press return, and to spawn a car type spawn vehicle_name replacieng vehicle_name with the car you want (police or police2), and you can use Simple Native Trainer to do that also.
  12. The above settings go in ELS.ini in the scripts folder, and the best trainer is Simple Native Trainer.
  13. If in the next version it detects the current weapon, then there is no need as it would not care if you have a mouse or gamepad, if not then the controller can be detected with XNA Framework, simple to implement.
  14. Also patch your game.
  15. Finish the first mission first! You only need to drive a few blocks and then you can start LCPDFR.
  16. Make sure you run the tool as Admin and just keep trying until it works.
  17. That is true, only laptops built for the purpose of gaming are any good and even then they are no match for a desktop; my laptop has 2x2.13GHz CPU, 3072MB DDR2 RAM and a GeForce 9200M GPU and can barely run IV.
  18. You can use Simple Native Trainer to change skin after choosing one using LCPDFR.
  19. Have you tried running the launcher as administrator?
  20. The scanner can be altered, but it is made of hundreds of sound clips that would take ages to replace.
  21. This happens to me when in the fullscreen map, try waiting 3-5 minutes, if not try going to the pause menu or the GFWL/XBL menu (home button).
  22. If this is the same keyboard layout, you press and hold the [fn] key and press the insert key.
  23. It does look like you have an older version of LCPDFR, you could try the latest, and please edit your post rather than double posting next time.
  24. If you have a laptop you should have a [fn] key you can use that to press the keys with a [ ] around them, you can also set the keys in the FirstResponse.ini either that or get a cheap usb keyboard.
