Have you changed the default key for your siren in the IV control settings? If so, change it back to 'G' and you should be good. Also, Welcome to the forums!! : )

The ones that I have seen have had interior lighting, I think an Inner Edge. It's the only light (other than the liberty) that I could make out, as it was going 'Code 1'. Also, why have you never scratch made a Liberty?

Saw one of these earlier today, not a fan. EDIT: I FEEL SO STUPID, I THOUGHT THIS WAS A DIFFERENT KIND OF BMW! So ignore the above. -
I would recommend that you attach the top and bottom extra's on the PAR36's, due to the fact that ADPS do not use that kind of setup on their PAR36's. -
I'm pretty sure when converting a car, you take the collisions from the default car in GTA it looks most like.
