You know, I used to run an ArmA 2 server, not really RP but more of a war RP. Was called "Evolution of War", I loved running it and I loved when people said they liked it. People that joined varied from complete new guys, to ArmA pros, to actual real life military guys. The majority of them were mature, those who weren't (or destroyed property/killed team mates for no reason, or noobs who were too stupid to read a broadcast message covering half the screen, saying what you have to do), were kicked/banned. As for ArmA 2 / OA / Combined Ops, ArmA 2's multiplayer is dead, the vanilla game that is. I heard Operation Arrowhead and so on had patches to stay alive, but I don't have those unfortunately. It's no longer an "i want to get ArmA 3", it's now "I need to get ArmA 3", I miss the life my server had.... Anyway, if any of you would like, I'd be happy to help in wherever. I like LCPD_OFFICER's idea, perhaps in the future LCPDFR can run their own server(s)?

Which is why I planned ahead and mapped everything out while I was with a useless computer for half a week. My channel's primary focus was on my friends, didn't care if public liked or hated. Then I decided to expand to the public since everyone was liking and subscribing, and I decided to start with continuous LCPDFR, and this promo is going to be my first big project since the expansion update. 1 minute is way too short for all the features in LCPDFR, part of my plan is to show the audience that LCPDFR has a wide variety of options to choose from, almost all fully customizable, and it just gets better. Update v1.2 on my PC and "getting back on track" : Slowly refinding all my old mandatory files (video editing and whatnot) and eventually GTA4 will finish downloading. I also just realized college starts next Tuesday (PST) so all I can say is damnit.jpeg. If college gets out of hand and too much work comes my way, I will put this off until LCPDFR for GTA5 comes out and fully promote that (it was a second plan to do after this promo video).

Update, so I have some foundation set out, it should be around 1:30 to 2min if I stick to the timer and all footage goes well. BUT, due to windows being a buttface, I have to reformat my PC so that it can update. For those of you watching my channel, I will upload everything I had that was in progress within the next 2 days (should be 2 videos). Sorry guys! I just hope I can get back on track quickly after all this data I'm going to lose.

Awesome, just making sure. Reason being permission, is also I will try to use a lot of cars, like a LOT, so I guess I might have to talk to the owners of the cars for that. OR, if you would like me to use your car pack (depending on how many car choices I have and suggestions/permissions I receive, it may or may not be used. Also, asking permission because I'll be using some audio and tinkering with LCPDFR directly from the folders. I'll try to bring attention to the lesser known modders too. You all are free to add ideas or suggestions, I have a few in mind already, I just need to make them "compatible" so it doesn't look like we're jumping scene to scene. I may add a "skeleton" to the video, meaning the basic ideas and the timeline of what goes where (example: 0:00 niko riding bike; 0:05 niko falls off bike; 0:10 niko gets run over by limo; etc), or if you prefer surprises then I'll keep quiet haha. Meanwhile, you could check out my YT channel to give you a feel of what to expect, top post. I upload whenever I can, my upload speed is really slow so I sometimes do it overnight.

Hi guys, I felt pretty motivated today to make some form of an LCPDFR Promo video or some type of "advertisement" for LCPDFR, when the ideas and scenes came pouring in. With permission from the Development team, the Community Team (moderators/administration) and the Testing team (I won't leave you guys out!), I will begin working on this. I ask permission because I plan on using LCPDFRs resources to the max to make this mod look its absolute best. If I start now, I estimate that it will be ready in about 2 weeks, give or take depending on workload and if I have to do anything else before college :3. Might be using V8 enabled cars with V7.

Do that, only one at a time. Remove each mod if you're installing the next, but install ELS V8 with the ELS specific cars ONLY.

Ok, first thing admins are going to want is your system specs, and your LCPDFR logs. I get this alot too, it ended up being this one police suburban model for polpatriot. Try installing the cars one at a time and narrowing it down as best as you can.

Well I have a few usernames. "FranklinK" is the only one I have for being this, on LCPDFR. Originated when I saw a post on GTA5 and made my name that, and then eventually decided to name the cop I always use in GTA4 LCPDFR "Franklin", which is my profile pic. Though every other game, Steam, or etc, my username is Nocheese4u. I unveil myself to you. My GFWL however is BadassCop911, which is how badass LCPD cops were (which I wanted to be as soon as I got GTA4) and 911 is emergency calling in USA. Yes you can add me and we can LCPDFR, I just need to know who you are in some way, and don't expect GTA4 to work for more than an hour tops.

Why not? I didn't see him say it stopped. Policehelper has priority, and Abraxas hasn't logged into LCPDFR since Jan 6, 2014.

Hey Abraxas when you return I have a problem with your mod, no idea why. After about 20 minutes the top left said "TowTick Crashed" and stayed there. I checked the vdH error log and it has 2MB+ of errors, like several errors per second. Each are the same thing except for one or two specific ones.
