Now that's epic. Tip; let the officer wear shoes instead of boots. Pants in boots reveals aggressive. A cop must view open and welcoming, so people won't fear them but approach them whenever they are in need of help. Other than that this looks great. Will this be merged within the RC3 installation? That would be a lot better because everyone loves this.

Wonderful job, man. And in response to sc2142: RC3 has been in testing for some time now, as internal testers are always at least one step ahead of the public releases in terms of updates and changes. That being said, there's no official word on when RC3 will be "ready" even among the testers, sorry. The good news for you is that it doesn't play that much differently, so it's not a quantum leap beyond RC2.

i was just messing around with the (Peds) line for the fat cop and i was able to make the female cop more feminine, walk/run faster---replace line with this) M_M_FatCop_01, M_M_FatCop_01_p, COP, move_f@bness_a, GESTURES@FEMALE, GESTURES@M_PHONE, FACIALS@M_LO, visemes@m_lo, 0, move_f@bness_a, null, -1,-1, PED_TYPE_PLAYER, F_Y_nurse, VOICE_PLY_CR

they look prtty hardcore, nice mod

Is it just me, or does this character mod not have voices? I hear the black person's voice expecting a woman's voice xD. Yes I did edit vehicles.ide, if that's the case, but there's the chance I placed the wrong backup file...
