Is there a way where we can search for files via a user's profile. I can't figure that out and I think it would help a lot of implemented.

I am in need of a user that can help my clan in terms of creating a skin and adding lights, so on. Please message me for more details i need help. I know how to insert multiple textures and all but i dont know how to create the texture or even add lights and all to the cars. I know im probably going to sound dumb asking this and it might have been asked and/or answers before but based on what you see in the scripting engine do you think we will be able to eventually have the mod community catch up to the same level of modding ability or higher in GTA:V?
