  1. Albo has beta versions of his mods here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0OqgBX96OQ
  2. Try OpenIV > ASI Manager > Uninstall ASI Manager
  3. Try tweaking soft shadows setting to 'soft', adjusting traffic density and variety, and turning distance scaling down to about 1/2. Some people found their games run better with -disablehyperthreading and setting GTAV.exe's priority to high in the task manager. A lot of the weird shadows and graphics pop-in weren't as bad in older versions in the game (v350). Otherwise visual mods can also improve the game.
  4. Try running gtavlauncher.exe as administrator. If that doesn't work, try: running c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\GTAVLaunchere.exe -verify Programs and Feautures > Uninstall GTA V > repair or verify game cache for steam Manual Social Club Update: http://patches.rockstargames.com/prod/socialclub/Social Club Latest Setup.exe

Could be a problem with your 'automatic roadblocks'. Try uninstalling. If that works, try re downloading, right click .rar > properties > unblock, and reinstall.
  6. You can turn down traffic variety and density in the settings menu.
  7. Try loading the game first, then launch RPH. If that doesn't work, can you attach any .log files?
  8. LtKeller replied to timcrazy's topic in Legacy
Also use the latest version of RPH with the latest GTA V patch. https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx
  9. Did this happen before you changed all the skins? Probably corrupted files/patch. If you have the steam version, verify the game. If you have the retail version, launch repair. Could also be a memory leak. Do you get any 'low memory' messages? Have you turned off the paging file? Do you have any other mods installed? Does your system meet GTA V's requirements? https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/203428177-Grand-Theft-Auto-V-PC-System-Specs
  10. AssortedCallouts won't work with the latest patch. SNT should work fine with the latest version of ScriptHook Some people have solved ELS issues by reinstalling ASI loaders Good to hear PoliceRadio still works; Dev has discontinued it
  11. Try this: http://patches.rockstargames.com/prod/socialclub/Social Club Latest Setup.exe http://patches.rockstargames.com/prod/gtav/Launcher_EFIGS/GTA_V_Launcher_1_0_877_1.exe [EDIT] Saw screenshots, the issues is installing Social Club/latest launcher. Try links above. Quick recap of common fixes:
  12. Check your PC's paging file. Start > (right click) Computer > Properties > Advanced System Settings > Performance > Settings > Advanced > Change > Make sure paging file is set. If unsure, set it to auto.
  13. I'd also be interested in a model, if possible
  14. Are you going to release your scripthook?
  15. OpenIV, for whatever weird reason, has lots of problems with sound files. I'd try using SparkIV instead.
  16. Have you tried removing your traffic loaders, and upping "Ped Density?" If that doesn't work, your popcycle.dat file may be corrupted. Try re-downloading a vanilla one off the internet.
  17. It seems like you have both LCPDFR .95 and LCPDFR 1.1 installed at the same time. Try uninstalling LCPDFR .95, and reinstall 1.1.
  18. As I was playing around with GTA V on a Xbox 360, I tried changing the ped hashes for Michael, and noticed something interesting. When the hash was set to a cop, the peds would treat him as one. For certain actions that would normally result in a wanted level, such as breaking into a car, other cops would ignore Michael (presumably searching for a ped with his hash). When the police went into search mode, something even more interesting happened: A search area sector appeared for Michael, as well as for other cops. Even when Michael would enter the search area of another police officer, he would be ignored. So, could it be inferred that GTA V's game mechanics are based on the hashes of the peds, rather than labeling the player as "the player" with it's own hash? If so, modifying these hashes would be the first step to "LSPDFR," and disabling the wanted levels along with adding additional mechanics (ex. Traffic Stops, arresting a ped) would remain.
  19. Lack of audio files would not cause LCPDFR to crash, let alone the entire game to crash. Instead, LCPDFR would just not play the audio file. Anyway, because every copy of LCPDFR does not have these files and runs (including my own), it would not crash on only your installation. Could you post your .log files, and any mods you are using? Also, are you sure the crash is unique to that area? It's possible GTA IV is crashing coincidentally, or from a modification to that area.
  20. Have you tried disconnecting your computer from the internet while you are playing?
  21. Please post all .log files, including the diagnostic log. Are you using LCPDFR 1.1 and ELS 8.5?
  22. I'd recommend you use a desktop instead. They are cheaper (If you already have peripherals) and you can build it specifically to specification.
  23. That only changes the model, NOT the animation. You can change this by going to peds.ide, finding the line that begins with M_Y_Swat, and replacing it with the line below: M_Y_Swat, M_Y_SWAT_P, COP, move_rifle, GESTURES@MALE, GESTURES@M_PHONE, FACIALS@M_LO, visemes@m_lo, 0, move_rifle, null, -1,-1, PED_TYPE_PLAYER, VOICE_PLY_CR, VOICE_PLY_CR
  24. That won't fix anything. As AlconH has already stated, the problem is that there are some dependencies missing.
