  1. For components like those, you problably should spend up a little more. The Fractal Design Define R4 at $79 windowed provides exceptional build quality, sound dampening, flexible routing, and right now is discounted heavily below the price of the Corsair Carbide 300r you mentioned. Also, the NZXT S340 at $79 is a good option already aimed at the budget market. $79 is actually very relatively inexpensive compared with other enthusiast cases; your demanding hardware should have a properly designed enclosure to function well in. In cheaper cases, you will just run into a plethora of compromises that are just not worth the savings. I would reccomend the Fractal Design Define R4 for it's exceptional value that should serve you for quite a long time.
  2. Do you have AdvancedHook, Scripthook, and an ASI Loader? Are they all the same as the ones provided in the download?
  3. I suggest an AMD based pc; They tend to have the best value. GTA IV could run very well at low-medium quality with an intergrated graphics processor from an A series CPU.
  4. Yes, it does. However, each time my game crashes, I discovered the "Faulting module" is different. Sometimes it is ELS.asi, sometimes it is GTA.exe, and today I saw for the first time User32.dll. I am guessing this is the game running out of RAM and when a file loads without room, the game crashes.
  5. Can someone please respond to this thread? Someone please respond with a solution.
  6. Does LCPD:FR still run? It could be just a problem with the diagnostic tool.
  7. Hello, I am having trouble trying to run GTA IV with ELS V8 and several modified cars installed. After a few minutes of gameplay, GTA IV stops responding. Does anyone have any solutions? This seems to be a problem with els. Spefications of Computer: Pentium 4 3.4ghz Nvidia Geforce 210 Windows 7 32-bit 2gb RAM ASI Loader: dsound Loaded Modifications: ELS V8.0 Anyone?
  8. If I remember correctly, early 1.0 versions of LCPDFR had problems using different models and textures then the default ones. I would try individually installing all of your scripts so at least the problem is isolated. Also make sure you are using the latest version of LCPDFR.
  9. It could be a compatibility problem with the other mods. Try uninstalling them. And it would also help if you posted the asi, scripthook, and advancedhook log files.
  10. It could be a problem with the scripthook and asi loader, or Visual C++ Redistributable libraries. Make sure you are using the latest LCPD:FR installer, have all the correct requirements, and are using the correct version of scripthook. Take a look at these posts for more information: LCPD:FR may not work correctly if you do not run it as an administrator as well. If this doesn't work, then please post the advancedhook, scripthook, and asi log files for more information.
  11. Your graphics are less than favorable, but I don't know if that would cause a delay in loading.
  12. That's odd... Usually GTA IV will do that because of lack of memory.

  14. Exactly what files did you replace? All of them?
  15. Make sure you also added vehshare.wtd as well.
  16. Awesome! I have waited a long time for someone to make default ELS versions! BTW, Fugitive is very well done!
  17. Can you locate the uninstall application? Usually is called "uninstallhelper" Or, you can just delete the user information and the game directory.
