I've honestly lost most of my interest in Battlefield, BF4 was simply not made as well as BF3 for numerous reasons. The game has taken on the new mass produced point of view that led to the ultimate defeat of the Call of Duty series of games, as they try to pump out a game each year, they progressively get worse and worse. Also being a big detail & realism fanatic, the campaign had me face palming constantly at it's lack for detail and complete failure to replicate actual military situation, everything from their "tactics", to the ranking structure everything couldn't be more wrong. Not to mention the multiplayer brought about much smaller and less thought out maps, nearly forcing the players into a close up call of duty style gameplay which the battlefield engine is not made for, as well vehicles such as armor & air becoming dramatically less effective due to map size as well as a much greater effect of infantry weapons on them. Sorry, didn't mean to rant, but the game simply isn't very good and coming from someone who has loved Battlefield over Call of Duty games every since my young days on a Playstation & a really old PC, with the constant push for new battlefield games yearly, I don't predict many good things coming out of the game series.

Hey everyone, after a little while of using zmodeler, I've been looking to challenge myself a little and try making my own 3D modeled items. I was just wondering what the best program to use would be, I have searched through the forums & 3ds max seems to be the consensus but the whole "license" thing has got me confused as well as the enormous price of buying the program itself. Any help would be much appreciated, and in particular if anyone knows any good tutorials to help get started on the program, I would appreciate that as well. Terrible, I agree completely I understand the targeting of cops due to bad image, or general hatred of those enforcing the law But attacking firefighters or paramedics? Strictly 3rd party members to an event, that are only there to render aid with no real power (since victims can refuse treatment) Doesn't make much sense

I understand the plea of the immigrants crossing the border from such horrible conditions in Mexico, and I think our country has a lot of work to do to fix the process of legal entrance into the United States to help accommodate such people. Although as it stands, there is a right way and a wrong way of doing things, illegally crossing the border is the wrong way of doing things. I personally believe the government needs to tighten the borders even if through intimidation of deadly force, because that is the way many drugs/undoc firearms make it into the nation, and while many crossing the border are good people and would potentially be great citizens of the US, they are going about it the wrong way, and there are far too many who take advantage of the system. While it may seem harsh to crack down on many who are probably good people due to some drug slingers, and some who take advantage of our welfare and medical care systems, unfortunately I feel that is the way it must be

I suggest playing around with a program like Paint.Net (free) or Photoshop (cost) to edit the textures of a pre existing uniform to look the way you want it to. Remember that when editing the textures placing a large block of color won't come out right, clothing wrinkles leading to different shading in textures for the portions of the uniform that are slightly wrinkled and folds in pockets or clothing components. Just mess around with it and slowly you'll learn, it is not a fast process, but overtime it will come. And for future reference please don't post questions as broad as this on the forum, it simply leads to headaches for those who are kind enough to assist you. Try posting things slightly more specific and avoid asking people to do something for you just because you are having trouble doing it, there are plenty of people on this forum willing to HELP you, not to do your work for you.

I'd say the pump shotgun would be a more accurate representation for the police shotguns. While as far as suspect weapons, the PKM would probably be the best fit, because they used AK-47's with drum magazines, and the AK in GTA V looks slightly too modern. I'd also suggest the G36 type assault rifle added in one of the expansion packs to stand in for the G3 one suspect retrieved while engaging the police outside the bank. & I've seen many players do some kind of modding/ glitching to get LSPD cruisers in slicktop form, but understandable how difficult that can be, I think the detective cars would work just fine. I'd suggest maybe some civilian helicopters like the maverick and frogger to stand in for news helicopters But overall sounds like a fine idea
