Just saw today this story of a firefighter in California being arrested for rig positioning http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/firefighter-arrested-scene-highway-crash-article-1.1603205 And unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1LC6oqLhbr0 Just curious to hear some opinions on this problem, Do you think police should be better educated in how firefighter's control a scene? Should firefighter's be more flexible to the police requests? Should all emergency services nationwide be mandated to have knowledge on the other services protocols? Just some food for thought

I was wondering if anyone is looking into making a Caprice PPV, I've been trying to get my hands on a Boston PD Caprice and I have been looking for a good quality one and (attempt) to put a valor lightbar on it. And I am aware of the template for a BPD caprice by CHUCKSTA, but since EVI's Caprice was taken down, and the loss of gta modding chest, and it seems all the Caprice PPV's have disappeared. Simply wondering if anyone knew of anyone working on any,any to be potentially released, or if anyone is willing to make one in their free time (Still pretty new to the modding world so I still dont know a ton ) Pretty much what I've been looking for: http://www.policecarwebsite.net/westside/cars/boston199.jpg

Those ped models already exist, they're in the Boston PD ped pack, the SWAT character models look very similar to the ones in the pictures above. A few minor differences, but overall, same thing

Hey everyone, Im starting my first project to make a new template for the Lenco Bearcat to a Boston Police one. I was wondering if anyone knows what the name of the font is on the more modern BPD cars or has a good enough picture of it to use for template. Many BPD cars use this font: '> But I'm looking to use the font seen in this picture (slightly more modern): '> Any help reguarding the font would be VERY helpful (I cant seem to find the name of the font anywhere) My overall objective is for the bearcat to end up like this: Any help/ advice is appriciated, because this is my first project It will probably be only in my spare time so I'm not sure how long it will take, but I'll give it my best shot

Hey everyone, I was just throwing out the idea or if anyone knows any mods that enable you to put different sirens on different vehicles. Like how in most cases, fire engines don't have the same sirens as police cars, and ambulances may have different sirens, ect. So while you may roll in your cruiser with a rumbler siren, you can get into a fire engine with a Q siren. Just a thought

I've searched through the forum to hopefully make sure I wasnt reposting a previous problem. I got GTA & tried to install the LCPDFR mod but got constant error messages, like Exception EFCreateError in module DSOUND.dll at 000116C5 Cannont create file 'C:Program files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand theft Auto IVasilog.txt'. Access is Denied. After searching those messages many of them said I needed the latest patch for GTA (because attempting to run as administrator didnt work either). I downloaded it from rockstar as well as tried it from other sites too. What constantly happens is I get the patch in WinZip & when i try to lauch the exe file, it comes up with windows installer 'preparing to download' for a split second, then disappears, no error messages, no nothing, just disappears. If I run through the installer in the msi file, it comes up with an error message "Installation Failed Run Setup to Install Update". Either way I'm not very good with computers and Im just trying to get this mod to work & be understandable enough for me to work with it Any help is appreciated And many apologies if I reposted a previous problem
