How is it with gun licenses over there? It seems like any lunatic can get a gun over there without mental tests and stuff. I'm pretty sure that here in Sweden, you gotta make some mental test before getting a gun. And then, why doesn't the all of the United States have some kind of laws requiring guns to be in one of those gun cabinet safes things? And then mental help is a big contributor of the firearm thingy. How come coworkers, teachers, parents and friends don't notice that someone is turning into a cold-blooded psychopath?

I just find that impossible, unless they have loading screens.
