the only other thing to do is try upgrading your graphics card

Trainer.ini is for GTAIV only, you are using ELFC yes? then don't worry about trainer.asi and Trainer.ini the other two are in the right place and where they belong

You didn't modify your file folder permissions...do this

SMPA60 is a car/save game problem

then your diagnostic tool should not be throwing an error. Double check your folder for more than one copy of Dsound and Xlive

if you have Xlive.dll in your gta folder then GFWL is disabled

do you have Xlive.dll in your GTA folder? Also....does anyone READ anymore? Polygraphs (atleast in the US) cannot be used as evidence against you in a court of law, as they are too....controversial

ELV v6 has some issues with people, you might wanna try V5 if you can find it
