if you are on 1032 the latest patch ELS will not work until the new scripthook V is out for the patch if you wanted to completelt replace the default texture you open the ytd, select the texture that you want gone and hit replace, it will change the name to it and will default to it..then just hit save

mine does this...ive found if you exit it, open it up in the settings it will back up fine from that back up menu..but if you just exit there you wont make a back up

my guess is you have a trainer instaled and theres a key conflict.....my guess if i remember IV right....theres a desable keybingings option in the traner menu...but i could be wrong..its been over 7 years since i played IV

i dont think that error is involving scripthookV Its possible he's not running the correct c++...ie X64 or x32, try installing both versions of c++. but for once spike is right, SHV is not compatible with the current patch so we have to wait so its likly even if you get the c++ fixed it will fail to start anyway

spike...stop.....you arent giving the right info...at all.....just stop.... 1) Updating your mods folder is a common thing with RPH and open IV, becasue when you put open iv in and install its dodads.....it tells RPH to pull from those files.... 2) ELS lights..... Try out raidence V, makes likes looks bitching, its not a bug, its just the way the game has its visual data 3) When the game updates albos mods break...and he has to recode them. Albo,common is just the main base work for the mods....no matter what if the mod installed isnt compatable, it wont work...he's coded that into his scripts.... and lastly 4) Scripthook V isn't updated...so ***k all works atm with 1032

Also the game was just updated between last night and today, rph was updated and I don't think scripthookv has been updated yet so that may be causing the hang...or the mods folder needs to be updated with the newest patch data

Make sure you have the vcf files that come with the car in the right spot...if you don't have it it will go the car is normal police no els and not work like an els car

I used to be a mod on GTA police mods..i used to be a mod here....then a disagreement between myself and the owner of the gtapolicemods spurred harassment and doxing....he demanded sam and cyan pull me from admin here because of the partner ship at the time, sam and cyan caved. ...well you go I to the els.ini and change the (can't be sure atm not at my game comp) use controller = true to false and save.....if that's not there change all the key codes for controller to none Tl:Dr: RTFM
