The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

...well you go I to the els.ini and change the (can't be sure atm not at my game comp) use controller = true to false and save.....if that's not there change all the key codes for controller to none

You have to make sure you are using ELS 1.05 and disable it in the .ini as mentioned above. However, a bug I noticed with this, disabling the controller causes all of the controller assigned controls to use the keyboard instead. This results in many of the controls being doubled.
