do you have .net framework 4 and c++2010 X86 installed? do you have up to date script hooks and asi loaders? are you running the game as admin?

open up the els.ini...find cars... active = 1

ELS.ini....are they on? Is els.ini, els.asi in the right place?

why is this in lcdpfr support? and not gtaiv support? did you bother making sure the cars are all active...as well as the car is ELS and the fact you are pressing the right keys?
