turn your mouse sensitivity up in the game options...also AN ALL CAPS THREAD TITLE WON'T GET YOU HELP ANY FASTER

if you are putting in every vehicle....it could be a problem with handling or how your game/computer cannot handle everything

are you running the .exe as admin? use Launchgtaiv.exe not gtaiv.exe

you have two options....1) go to the LCPDFR support forum...and read the first thread that's pinned....or 2) if you don't mind playing without the taser, reinstall, uncheck taser, and install

yea, try removing some of the mods and see what happens, My personal rule of thumb, 10 minute wait, if that fails, start removing things

hit the appdata up in your path bar, and you should go to the main folder, where there's a folder called LOCAL

read my instructions.....you aren't in the right folder I don't say ANYTHING about going into roaming hit your windows logo, type run in the search bar,hit enter, type %appdata% hit enter, go to local Interesting....Seems you go right to roaming...just hit appdata behind the roaming, and go to local, my bad, it never used to do this to me
