reflection is the light on the ground and the walls etc this will not change the lightbar itself just the reflections on the environment, then for that you go into the els.ini and change that cars config to match this This is red left, blue right, Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = 0 Color_Light2L = 0 Color_Light3R = 1 Color_Light4R = 1 Color_Light7L = 3 Color_Light8C = 3 Color_Light9R = 3 Offst_SLights = 0 But Blue blue is Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = 1 Color_Light2L = 1 Color_Light3R = 1 Color_Light4R = 1 Color_Light7L = 3 Color_Light8C = 3 Color_Light9R = 3 Offst_SLights = 0

You mean on the lightbar itself or on the reflections, Sometimes it depends on the maker, you need to go in to the texture file for the car locate a texture that looks like this it is NOT this one this one is mainly lenses

God i hate how bitchy GTA is...try this....uninstall GTAIV....remove any an all mods pertaining to gtaiv form the gtaiv folder that might remain, go to your documents folder, remove the rockstargames folder in there, reinstall, try a stock play (play with out mods to see if that will even get it working)
