go into your gta directory, click on GTAIV.exe and right click, hit run as admin, THIS WILL PRODUCE AN ERROR please tell us what the error says

desktop or laptop? high end stuff....is pricy...but you can get cheap and reliable ram for under 50 bucks

You just need GTAIV...OR EFLC, it will work on both regardless if you have one over the other

Is LCPDFR in the right file location? Should be C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIVScripts Should be two files labeled firstresponse and a folder called LCPDFR
