  1. Well... The skin is missing a decent amount of stuff to be really based off the real USSS Police vehicle. Maybe look at more images instead of just one? Maybe in-game screenshots as you did with your first uploads (and then later gave up believing OpenIV screenshots would be better I suppose) Also... spamming the download sections... why?
Very nice vehicle! Only bug I found was that you can't break the windows. Probably a problem with the base model.
  2. Well now it does redirect to GTAModsDB, which it should. Thanks!
  3. Hey guys, Recently I wanted to download a car pack that I used in the past. Easiest way for me to find it was to go back to my skin packs and just click its link to it. Well... its redirecting me to a different file instead which I never intended it to link. My skin pack. (click the first or third link, I know GTA-Universe shutdown). Just wanted to let you know about it and hope it can be fixed. I know I can fix this since its my file, but just for others who may be experiencing the same issue.
  4. Well if it is not "recognized". I recommend you uninstall and re-install the framework. That should help you. If you can start up GTA then it should not be an issue. The only other thing I recommend is re-install a fresh copy of GTA and later re-install LCPDFR. (remember, when uninstalling GTA, not all files go away, and you must remove them manually)
  5. My question to you, can you start up GTA IV?
  6. Actually, nevermind, I didn't look closely at the lighting. He did modify it. Accurate (y) 5/5
  7. I did. I'm just saying the one he uses is the 21TR, not the 21TR Plus. The 21TR was used for CVPIs, where the Plus was used for FPIUs. Even on the image he linked from CopCarDotCom the image shows a 21TR Plus.
  8. Imma be the picky one here since I live in Chicago and seen these vehicles up close, but doesn't the FPIU use the Code3 21TR Plus?

  10. A simple edit can do this. Not hard to do even for a beginner.
  11. I think you need to rename this file. "Slicktop NYPD Taurus" is giving people the impression that its the actual model when its actually just a skin.
  12. @DrDetroit That kind of temperature converted to Celsius is kinda good. On idle, 30C/40C (80F/104F) is the norm, under load is 60C/70C (140F/158F). But even then, for you a water cooler would work to reduce it a bit. Same as for Pavement, a H55 is good, but if you are gonna overclock, maybe get a H80i or even a H100i. Read reviews around the web.
  13. Most CPU fans work with both Intel and AMD motherboards. You would have to follow closely the instructions, but first read the specs on the manufacture website to make sure it will work with your type of CPU. I recommend to look up your motherboard on PCPartPicker and choose a CPU cooler from it. Not sure what CPU cooler you are currently using, but the most popular one is the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo. Just make sure it can fit on your case. You could also go for a CPU water cooler like the Corsair H55 which costs around $50. depending where you buy it. I just ordered the Hyper 212 Evo today for my PC.
  14. I had bad experience with Norton in the past. I got rid of it and switched to BitDefender. Try it out the trial and see how it works then. I've been using them for about 5-6 years now and don't plan to switch any time soon.
  15. The LAPD Dodge Charger has been done and released (look it up). The SDPD and NYPD models have been done just not released. Reason are because of rippers. Many modders don't want their models/equipment being abused so they rather not release it to the public and most respect their decisions. Look at the downloads sections and you'll see why people rather not release and keep them to themselves. In the end, its best to respect their decision and let them decide whether they ever wanna release it or not. There are many other unlocked models out there if you look around. (LCPDFR is not the only GTA IV modding site you know) Some day you might regret saying your last sentence.
  16. First, Ottawa police does not use 2012 Dodge Chargers. They were going to buy them but bought the 2014 Ford Taurus' instead. They only "have" one 2008 Dodge charger.
  17. Im in the same dilema as you. Currently, my money is on the GTX 960. On paper, the R9 280 beats it. But in real world use, so far the 960 is close to or even slightly better than the R9 280. Also keep in mind, AMD is going to release the R9 300 series soon because the R9 200 series hasn't been refreshed since 2013. (GTX 960 was just released last month or so). So if you aren't much in a rush, I say wait to compare it.

  19. Since you were attempting at a CPD pack (more of a ISP and CPD pack by the looks of it) I must be honest; you failed at accuracy. If you were going for accuracy and you thought in working outside the box, then I give you props for thinking outside the box.
