Can someone help me out my PoliceT van is messed up

My Police Trnasport van is white how ever they got this dark black covering the livery and The siren is messed idk but I thing it has something to do with the carvaration xml

This is the issue the van is black but you can cleary still see the livery

Looks like it may be a livery issue or maybe you have 2 vehicles installed in the same spot seeing how you have 2 different models in the screen shots above

Hmmm idk  never thought of that do you think if I go into openiv and install the policet in different slot is that causing the problem and Im also having issues fixing the siren light bar

I'm just saying that the base policet has 4 files to overwrite. Policet.ytf, policet_hi.ytf a .ytd and +hi.ytd. it looks to me like the van isn't fully installed. 

 

The policet_hi is what the game renders when you are close to it. I think that file may be the issue. 

 

The sirens messed up could be from renaming the car, which IDK if you did that. Or it could be from using a different carcols or vehicles meta than the van needs.
