You’d have to find somebody that can create new car models. The reflective part of the vehicles texture is not actually something you can get by simply editing those files. It’s the cars material which has to be setup in a certain way.

It would be really cool i was  searching for something like this
 

It really would be cool if we had a script or plugin where when we detain suspects we tell them to place their hands on the hood of the police car while we frisk them wish this feature would could be added to Stop The Ped 

It looks they've introduced BattlEye, which may prevent the usage of script modifications (e.g. Scripthook V, LML and RPH including LSPDFR) in this version going forward. We will need to analyze this more, and we'll have more information later in the day.
 

 
 
Edit: Looks like BattlEye can be DISABLED in the launcher settings. So false alarm here, potentially.


Edit2: Can confirm after disabling BattlEye I can use LML normally (which usually doesn't need a game update). There could still be changes to how the game is obfuscated that could delay an update, but the BattlEye part considering it can be disabled, shouldn't interfere with singleplayer modding.
 
Edit3: If this post isn't clear enough - LSPDFR will still need an update for this version.

Yeah you need zmodeler3 bud. You have to duplicate the parts of the vehicle body that you want to be reflective.

In Grand Theft Auto V folder, there is a map called installers you can download it through there, rockstar games launcher is required btw, so make sure to have that too.
(you can download that too through "installers" folder)

Idk but is anyone else having the same problem Im having when I try starting up the game in steam usually the Rockstar launcher comes up and takes 10 sec to log me in and Rph but idl it's saying "Updating Rockstar launcher " and it's just keeps blinking idk..

You will need a mod to modify the MP character. Specifically designed for EUP, is EUPMenu. I highly recommend it. Extract to your "Plugins" folder in your GTA folder.
 
Go on duty as normal. Go to the police station, don't worry about your character, and get a police vehicle.
 
Then, after you are free to walk around or drive in your vehicle, make sure you are not in a vehicle and press F11. Then, in the menu that appears, I can't remember eactly how you do it, but you need to create a new character.

Hello my fellow Officer's out there in the lspdfr world I would like to Annouce This weekend the  NOPD (New Orleans Police Dept) Pack will be uploaded with the livery decals of the cars, the uniforms, etc.. and also I am still working on the redesign of the Orleans Parish Sheriff Office (OPSO)  and sometime in the future I will do a design of the Kenner Police Dept and Jefferson Parish Sheriff Office stay tune!!

Don't know if u found a answer yet but I download real badges online n then find the appropriate vest, shirt, etc, export it from openiv as a png then import to Photoshop n add my badge then reupload this file to openiv. Takes trial n error to get placement right but works good

You have to wait until a new RPH version comes out because Rockstar just released a new patch for the Casino DLC or you can revert to version 1734 using a backup.

All the servers are down, therefor you cannot log into Social Club.

Thank you very mush guys. This works great with no bugs on a clean vanilla GTA V (as you have suggested in the install instructions).
The absolute best feature for me is the peds! in 0.3.1 if you fire a gun, peds wil run you over with their cars and chaos breaks out but now in 0.4 when you fire a gun, peds reverses their cars away from you and get out and run away. SUPER COOL!!!!
 

Well no unless you re updating the game version to fit in the newest RPH. I had to do that and reinstall an updated update.rpf. That meant losing EUP clothes and some other META files. They went back to vanilla basically. But still kept my cars and visuals... I just had to reactivate them in the dlclist.meta file. 

As far as plugins, most will fail since they aren't compatible. Theres a list of plugins that work in LSPDFR 0.4 in the forum section. Check it out. But expect to NOT have a functional police smart radio, traffic police and interaction+ for example. to me that was a huge hit. But regarding to losing, you wont lose them. They will just most likely crash your game or not work properly. So you'll have to curate the good ones.

But yes you'll have to install the newest version of RPH, update update.rpf, filter the good plugins from the bad ones and update 0.3 that, with the setup, is done automatically.
