I am looking for a team to help create a realistic yet enjoyable Emergency Services clan. I don't want a bunch of little, unrealistic, annoying kids in the group. I'd like to have mostly Teenagers (15+) and adults in the clan. I don't have an exact name or anything for it yet, but i'd like to have 3 different departments (Police, Fire/EMS, Sheriff). If you have good leading skills i would love to have you apart of the group!

Who i will need;

Assistant CoP: Good leader, someone who knows codes and is a good people person. Someone who has a decent amount of time to dedicate to the clan each week. Will assist with website/forums and can attend patrols daily.

Skinning Person/FTS: I need someone who can help us come up with a good name for the group and someone that can help train people. I would have the Skinner create a basic fleet and then update it periodically. FTS, or a Field Training Sergeant would be the lead of training and would train new recruits or people who join the specialty Units.

Fire/EMS Chief: Someone who is good with fire and ems terminology, and knows how to train people for their department, same qualities of Assistant CoP.
