yes i have this also, i think a downgrade patch is needed

i tryed to download it but it said i need net framework and i don't know where i can find it to download.

plz help i really want to play this game.

Please use the search feature on the site before posting.

1) Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders.

2) Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.
