Every time when I provide back up if suspect open fire and I return fire at him fellow police officers start shooting at me till I dead. Is it game bug or I do something wrong?

Check to make sure you are actually on duty at the time (If hitting B brings up the back-up menu, you're on duty). LSPDFR 0.4 sometimes spawns you in on duty, and sometimes spawns you in off duty. You're treated as a normal ped still while off duty, even with the custom character.

I'm deffenetly on duty. I recive back up request from dispatcher. Come to back up officer. Suspect jump out of car and open fire on me and other officer. I shoot suspect in the leg. Other officer turn around and start shooting me. 

Yeah its happening to me too, that callout is not compatible with .4

Happening to me as well. 

Try removing the call out plugin that creates that call out or just adjusting the config file so that specific job frequency is set to 0 so isnt used (if its just the one and not the whole pack)

For people troubleshooting in 2021:

The callout pack maker didn't set the PedRelationshipGroup, in English: He didn't tell the game the officer and player are supposed to be "friends".
