The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Not getting any response on someone else’s post so I’ll make my own. Rage hook starts the game and everything like normal and then the game crashes, and a rockstar pop-up comes up saying the game quit unexpectedly. Here’s the log.

    Do you have a "Mods" folder in your root directory?

    I have nothing except for LSPDFR .4, it's a clean install.

    And is your GTA 5 up to date? Steam Version? If so use the Check Files Integrity function on Steam and see if that works

    Have same problem. Fresh GTA install. Fresh manual install of LSPDFR 0.4. No any addons. When game crash and Rockstar window pop-up if you press "restart" GTA starts without problems, but without Rage hook and LSPDFR. If I try start Rahe hook after GTA starts game crash again.

    What about your antivirus software? do you have avast? If thats the case, try to disable it. 

    Also from the logs i can't see anything wrong with game, could you provide screenshot of your gta v directory and game when the crash happens?.
