I guess I figured it out for myself. Hopefully it helps people in the future. - Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data <---In OPENIV - Go to police3 or whatever is flashing - Find <sequencerBpm value="150"/> and change the value to "0"

I can't find what's causing the wig wags on my police3 vehicle. I have my coronas in the ELS set to zero. Any idea where it's coming from? It's definitely from NVE somewhere.

I'm wondering what the hell is causing my cause. Still on the older game. Haven't updated yet. Tried deleting my plugins, mod folder, all kinds of stuff. I am able to load Rage alone, but as soon as I try and run LSPDFR in Rage, it crashes. Any ideas? Thanks! RagePluginHook.log

What I do is start the game and then when you're in you start RPH. If that is not working, then you have a plugin causing conflict.

I know this is old as hell, but it's a common problem with ELS. Just go to the ELS.ini and change ElsTrafCtrlOn = false This will stop them from doing that.

I'm just getting to try out the mod. Will this fix the ped pulling over immediately when lighting them up? A normal person won't just slam on the brakes as soon as the lights go on. If not, is there anything in the meta that will delay them pulling over so it's not so abrupt?- 366 comments

So its 2022 almost and will this be a thing? I'd love to take a crack at fixing the FPS drop when going on duty and during traffic stops.

Hate to bump an old thread but I have that card and mine runs like shit when on duty. 120fps off duty and like 80 on. Dipping to 50-70 when on base calls without any plugins. Maybe some ini tweaks could help? I fixed NVE from it's shit FPS. I wish I could look at the code in LSPDFR so mess with it.

Need to update this topic. I was having issues with the 75 and 75 range. The AI were not responding with lights. I am using ElsMaxRangePl = 125 ElsMaxRangeAi = 450 and it's working fine again.- 18 comments

Bump for an old topic but I am using this for single player and when I become wanted none of the replaced ELS cop cars come with lights and sirens.

Does anyone know what this issue would be when any emergency vehicle won't show up with lights and sirens? Another problem is the LOD or something because the cops are showing up invisible lol. Just sitting in the car with no car.

Sounds like you forgot to put the xml file in the pack folder. Make sure you add that when you download the car.- 2,660 comments

Go to your ELS.ini and make sure ELSACTIVEONAI is true. Other than that, maybe check your ini settings if you're using other mods like ultimatebackup, some of those make the units respond non-emergent.

Anyone know where the new Patchday is? I tried 22 and 23 and all I get to come up is my Police 1 car. Everything else shows up as vanilla. Answered my own question...They stay in Patchday22. Works fine now.
