At the moment I have many texture bugs, but I'm sure you'll fix that.

so my take on this is its working for me, but, while ELS itself loads correctly, all ELS vehicles i have tried, no lights work, ELS is functioning but the lights on the vehicles are not, other than that everything else seems to be fine so far

Doesn't allow 0.4 to use replaced vehicles?

It keeps crashing unless I run it as vanilla.

The inventory.xml thing is cool as hell. Being able to make some small modifications to the loadouts for going on duty. 

 

Thank you for posting documentation with tag examples. Is there anywhere we could get a master list of all the the names of weapons, attachments, etc for deeper editing?

Am I the only one already let down by this update? I feel like even though 0.3.1 was much more lacking in content, it was more polished and ready to release than 0.4. All this hype for nothing IMO. The game is unplayable at moments, the fps go below 30 while normally my game works perfectly 60fps+ without mods. Even on my older PC, 0.3.1 worked flawlessly at 30fps with TONS of mods. I don't have ANY mods yet except for LSPDFR. It's either stuttering or the game goes below 30 fps. Next, the callouts are poor as hell. I accepted one callout and it was a shot bulgarly and nothing happened, two guys ran out of the store and that's it. Only one car per house. Only one house. Mod is still bare bones without any other mods, which are necessary. Well, I'll be going back to 0.3 then, I am not a fan of extreme customization that 0.4 is supposed to give us anyways (I don't care about names of police stations etc., I am fine with vanilla world thist way). It's a big let down for me but really I personally wasn't as hyped as most people here were.

 

Oh and yes, it's a clean install.

Well then I'll be back after the beta testing will be over. Good thing that I have backed up every single mod I had with my custom .ini files.

This probably is not the place to ask/list my issue but; when I get in game, it only says "Loading LSPDFR" and nothing happens. thanks!

try installing it manually worked for me
