I just installed GTA IV to get this mod and now I can't download LCPDFR beacuse I can't get to the download section, it says error. Please come back in a hour or two.

So I downloaded LCPDFR MOD and ELS MOD, now I can't run the game...

So I launch the game and press start in the menu, and it loads, and then the screen turns black and then it says Grand theft auto stopped working

Run the game as adminstrator, and after I did that I got the problem I am getting right now.
